Located in the great, family-friendly, 4.5-star, beach-front Amphora resort on Williams Esplanade in Palm Cove, our large ground-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment has easy ramp access to the undercover car park. With stunning ocean views, it is literally one minute's walk to the beautiful palm tree-lined beach or the resort pool.

Wonderful Palm Cove has it all, possessing a delightful village feel with shops, award-winning restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars and a palm tree-lined sandy white beach with glorious views of the Coral Sea.

Just 20 minutes north of Cairns airport the region boasts numerous attractions including the Daintree Rainforest, Great Barrier Reef, and Kuranda Skyrail.

We had a great stay. The location is excellent and it was great to sit outside and look over the ocean and the people walking by. Fantastic pool! The kids stayed in for hours. Right next door to the icecream shop as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay

Palm Cove is a really great place to go with friends or family. It isn’t full of touristy activities, which is nice. There are good restaurants and coffee, and plenty of time to chill on the beach or chat to people. There is only one street of shops and cafes and we liked the fact that there weren’t heaps more.

This property was all we could have wished for. Excellent location and facilities, within easy reach of great restaurants. The only improvement we can suggest is, the main room could well do with a curtain at the window facing the front garden and street to give night-time privacy. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Couldn’t have wished for more! Great apartment, perfect location and extremely well maintained! Great for two couples with seperate bedroom/bathrooms for privacy plus spacious combined living/dining/outdoor areas to share. Pool and ocean within 100metres. Very helpful and communicative owners.

Great location, very comfortable apartment

The dual key apartment is on the ground floor with beach views. Very clean and comfortable for two couples or family. We stayed nine days, no cleaning mid stay though given a set of clean linen and towels to remake the beds. There is a broom for sweeping. Kitchen well equipped and salt, pepper and spray oil supplied. Also dishwashing tablets and starter clothes powder. The Amphora is a quiet resort with a great pool. No BBQ or bar. Vivo restaurant is excellent.

Beautiful spot

Extremely convenient location surrounded by lovely cafes and restaurants. The beach is also at the back door which was beautiful. You could listen to the ocean whilst you slept. On that note it was also a very private and safe area. Property was also very clean, welcoming and had everything required for a one night stay to multiple weeks. Would highly recommend and will be booking again in future.
