Good communication with the owner. The condo had great views and everything you needed. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the area and beyond. The only thing missing was live local TV channels. But they said they are working on it. Would recommend and stay again.

The air conditioning in this building should be fixed. In addition, I iried to reach out on VRBO message to get code for thermostat. Took several days.

The homeowner would like to clarify the following:- The thermostat is managed remotely to prevent overloading the AC system and ensure it runs properly for all guests.- We didn't receive any messages until later in the stay, but once contact was made, we were able to resolve the issue.- We were disappointed to find the property left in very poor condition after your departure, which required extensive cleaning before the next guests arrived. Thank you for letting us know about your visit.

Lovely stay at South Daytona Beach. Apartment is a short drive south of the main Daytona beach. Construction works were ongoing during our stay so not all facilities were available but this did not affect our stay at all.

Clean and convenient to Daytona International Speedway

Jen and Mike are great hosts! Property was as advertised except for having no pool or direct beach access due to hurricane damage. Plenty of restaurants and golf nearby and easy access to the speedway. We would consider returning when repairs to pool and beach access are completed.

Nice clean condo

The condo was in excellent shape and was squeaky clean. Small kitchen but it was adequate. The view from the balcony was great with the beach and ocean on one side and the Halifax River on the other. The pool was not available due to damages from an earlier hurricane. Jenn, the owner was easy to reach and communicate with.

Room was very nice and was as described, it was very clean and it had everything we needed, only complaint we had was the pool had just been finished and filled with water right before we arrived the water was green and we were told not safe to swim in, but we never saw anyone come and check the pool the entire time we were there to see if they could get it ready to swim in

Unfortunately!

I had no cable for our entire stay try to reach out to the owner two times. Got no response was looking for a rebate in the price for that inconvenience. The couch is very uncomfortable. The bed is even worse. Both are old and dated!

We offered a $50 refund for the disruption and will be including it with the return of your forgotten items.- The king bed mattress is a recent addition, but we understand that comfort preferences vary. Thank you for your feedback, which helps us continue improving. We’re committed to providing a better experience for future guests and appreciate the chance to make things right.

This room is perfection! The balcony is quite large, with an excellent view of the ocean and river. They even have a towel/bathing suit drying rack on the balcony. I absolutely loved the layout. Having a bedroom separate from the living and dining space is a big bonus. Early risers can freely move about without the worry of waking anyone else up. The kitchen is exceptionally stocked...far better than any other rental I have stayed in before and this place has a dishwasher! You have tupperware, plenty of pots and pans, cups, even insulated cups, plates, silverware, a small keurig and a small coffee pot, toaster, four burner stove with oven, large microwave and a full size refrigerator with freezer on top. There are tons of towels and washcloths. Everything from dish towels & dishcloths, bath towels & washcloths, to beach towels. This place has excellent water pressure too. We found the master bed to be pretty comfy, which says a lot because I have a lot of back and hip issues and generally never find any hotel/rental unit bed to be comfortable. We did not use the sleeper sofa so I cannot speak to how comfortable it would be to sleep on. As a couch, it served well and bonus points for having a reclining chair in the room too. My husband took a couple of naps there. These folks have thought of everything you might need to relax and have a great time.The hotel itself is quiet, clean and all around a lovely place. Plenty of parking either across the street or right at the hotel. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely adorable!! Spacious and perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 kids (10 & 11). King bed for the adults, pull out sofa bed for the kids. We had a wonderful time! Great location and Great views. I highly recommend!!
