Loft/duplex with everything you need for your comfort—great location: Pinheiros/Vila Madalena

You’ll find our space is the ideal place for a comfortable stay! It’s a loft/duplex apartment with high-speed internet, a full kitchen, a living room, and a half-bath on the lower level. Upstairs, there are two suites.
The space is newly furnished, with air conditioning, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and two queen-size box springs with innerspring mattresses, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The water is heated by gas, and the showers are wonderful—with a really strong water pressure. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and refrigerator, as well as basic utensils for light meals, including a small set of pots, plates, glasses, and cups for six people (as of now, only a set of cutlery for four people is available). There is a closet with hangers in the first suite and a large chest of drawers with drawers in the second. Bedding and towels are provided for four people. You’ll need to bring your own bedding and towels for a possible fifth or sixth guest. It best accommodates four adults and two children or five adults, considering that the sofa bed in the living room, although designed for a couple, is not very large.

The complex also features a sauna, pool, gym, spa, and barbecue area, and we offer free parking. However, due to the health crisis, it is necessary to follow certain advance reservation procedures for some of the amenities offered, which will be fully explained after the reservation is confirmed.

The building is in an excellent location, close to Sugarloaf Mountain, shops, bars, galleries, and restaurants, and is also very close to the subway. So, a good tip for exploring the best of Pinheiros and Vila Madalena is to leave your car in the garage and explore on foot. But if that’s not what you’d prefer, there are plenty of car parks on every street.
