About this property

This beautiful 3-bedroom townhome sits on tree-lined grounds in the new CreekHouse development of Snowcreek Resort, a 3-minute drive from downtown Mammoth and 10 minutes from skiing at Mammoth Mountain. The residence is also on the free city shuttle route and near the town bike path.

Hardwood floors and a wall of picture windows greet guests as they enter a spacious living area with an open-concept layout. Relax on the large sectional sofa to enjoy the large-screen SmartTV, curl up with a good read on the club chair, or get cozy by the warm gas fireplace.

The dining area boasts family-style dining table that seats 8, with room for four additional guests at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare your favorite meal.

A separate bonus room lies just off the kitchen, offering its own large-screen TV and foosball table. Glass doors open this room to a covered deck complete with a BBQ grill, gas firepot, and mountain views.

Ideal for a family or small group of friends, CreekHouse 1454 has three large bedrooms, evenly spaced for privacy:

This room has high ceilings, comfortable linens, and hardwood furniture. Guests have a private entrance to the lower-level patio and an en-suite bathroom with an oversized step-in shower.

This room opens onto the covered patio through its own private entrance. Guests have an en-suite bathroom with a combination shower/bathtub.

Bedroom 3 - Upper Level

Perfect place

Very clean and spacious for our group of 7. My kids usually suffer from dust allergies whenever we stay at cabins but this place was so clean, they didn’t suffer from any allergies at all. 5 minutes from Eagle Lodge. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for 2 families

Best condo I’ve stayed at in Mammoth!! The bunk bed room was great for 4 kids but was the coolest room of the house since it was above the garage. The roof got cleared and the snow blocked our cars in the garage. We missed a day of skiing. The property management company was very responsive and was working with the HOA as best as they could. Understandable since it was the most snow in history! We had an issue with the garage and it got fixed quickly. Limited pantry space. Loved the extra living room for the kids play room. We really enjoyed the mini pool table. The great room accommodates 2 families of 4 very well! The kids loved the play area outside on all the snow for sledding. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!
