Centrally located on Cape Cod this 7 Bedroom, 5 bath home features a spectacular heated pool! Sleeping 14 people comfortably in beds, you and your guests will have plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your vacation. Central AC will keep you cool on those balmy summer evenings. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach a breeze. A large open space on the main floor features a TV area, billiards table, large dining table and an updated kitchen. The lower level features a games area with another TV and a back up kitchen for extra space! Tenants provide their own linens and towels. No pets or smoking please. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.

Great location/amenities - Needs Repair

Nice property, good location for our interests, enjoyed pool table and comfortable sitting area. Enjoyed kayaks, short portage (100 yards) to lake shore. We experienced several items not functional or needing repair when we arrived, some were addressed, but most not fixed during our stay. I provided extensive details to property manager, so my advice to perspective renter would be to ask about the printed list of repairs and confirm all were corrected. The issues that frustrated us most were pool dirty and cold when we arrived, fire pit not functional even after I expressed importance, strong odor on lower level so we avoided, and master bath leaved into kitchen below. To be fair, we did receive compensation because of disappointments, but we would have preferred all functional. I rated 3 stars because there were plenty of positives about this property, despite the problems we encountered.

The house has a good layout. Plenty of room for 12 adults and two babies. The house is equipped with many amenities that aren't obvious from the listing - inside - game room is extensive, 2 kitchens, wet bar; outside-in addition to the pool, there is half-court basketball, fire pit, kayaks (pond adjacent to the property), the property is larger than what the pictures suggest. There were maintenance issues with the house during our stay which the property manger and property owner attempted to resolve to limited success.

Nice house, convenient location and guilt neighborhood.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No complaints, no issues during our stay. House was clean and had everything we needed including kayaks and a paddle board that can be used right off the backyard down to a nice pond. There are several beaches to choose from but we thoroughly enjoyed grays beach With its endless sand bars and shallow pools great for the kids. Minutes to shopping and grocery stores as well. We had a great week.
