The location of the house and the view and yard were wonderful. We had a great time celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday and there was plenty of room for 15 of us. The beds and couches could use some updating and the downstairs bathroom is miniature sized. They should put a queen so that space can be used to its full potential. Communication with Del Mar was very quick and easy.

Property location was great, house was clean and very spacious for our group. Only thing we felt was off was the furniture did not match the quality of the house. Bedroom furniture was mix-matched pieces and couches in house looked like they were older and worn out. No real complaints, everything was clean and plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware.

Fantastic views, private, fun dock. Kitchen is great and large enough to cook great meals. Master suite is incredibly large and luxurious- front family room with full water view is fantastic. Outdoor eating space was used every night for waterfront eating- a real gathering place! The hot tub wasn’t something we were looking for in a rental but it turned out to be one of the best features! Fenced in back yard for our dogs was clutch. Central air was perfect! One idea- the basement river room would be amazing and a real asset if there was a queen or king bed. Real opportunity there. Really well appointed home all around.

We came in from Oklahoma for my daughter to get married on the beach. The house comfortably held and slept 12 people my family and the wedding party. We also had the reception in the back yard. It turned out so beautiful. Will post pictures when they come in from photographer.
