This charming free-standing cottage with amazing views of the bay, Long Point, and Provincetown, has great amenities! This little house has it all! Directly on the beach with all new renovations that retain beach cottage charm along with desirable upgraded amenities like air conditioning, new windows, appliances, and wide sliding glass doors. Parking for 2 cars tandem. There is a 7 night minimum during the high season of mid-June to mid-September with a 3 night minimum for all other times. A $175 cleaning fee applies to rentals of less than 7 nights. ***Subject to all applicable taxes and fees.

Beautiful Bungalow!

Property is as advertized - cozy, clean and the location is perfect! We cooked a lot - recommend bringing your own pots and pans if this is something you plan to do - but no matter what, you’ll love this sweet little place.

Wonderful!

We had a fantastic time at this charming little cottage right on the beach! Everything was perfect, from the communications with the property manager, to the cleanliness and amenities of the cottage, to the proximity to the beach, which can’t be beat! We’ll be back!

Nice little spot

We had splendiferous weather so there was that. It’s a nice compact efficient space with nice liiifle beach steps away. We were close to Provincetown for restaurants etc. I did wish they had a beach umbrella for our use though. That would have been nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our little piece of heaven. Been at these condos for 7 years. We liked cottage 2 but Carol decided not to rent anymore. This was our 2nd year in cottage 1. Love it. I thank the owners for renting to us. We try to leave the place like we found it. We asked to be penciled in for 2024. July 21 - July 28.

A great getaway

This was a wonderful experience! The cottage was just perfect! Right on the beach, beautiful views an very comfortable. We were able to cook and stay in when wanted and yet close enough to enjoy everything! I highly recommend!

Blissful

Beautifully appointed tiny cottage with a killer view and everything you could need or want. Bed was very comfortable and all the little nooks and crannies made the cottage very liveable. Walk right out to the beach...see the ptown monument from your bed. Just fantastic. Super clean and cottage complex is very well tended. Easy access to everything and I would go back in a minute. Especially appreciated the butterfly bush outside the kitchen window with monarchs on it every time we looked.

A Great Escape

The cottage was bright and clean. Its location was perfect, with a short walk to your private beach, and a short drive to other area beaches. Provincetown is a bike ride away, and Rte. 6 provides many fun dining options. Loved our stay.

Amazing location. Great Views. Perfect for two people.

We stayed in early August. The cottage has great views of the beach and ocean. The owner has thought through every detail (2 coffee machines for K-Cups or a drip filter, well equipped for cooking, blender, etc.) We just focused on having a fun time. Would certainly recommend it, and hope to return.

The location can’t be beat!

This adorable little cottage is right on the water with an amazing view, and close to Provincetown, Truro, and Wellfleet. Could be a bit cleaner but overall a great find!

Nice quiet get away

My wife and I had a very quiet beach week, which is exactly what we were looking for. Location was great and it was less than a 10 min drive to P Town to get food and drinks.
