This place suited our needs very well.We are familiar with the area and loved this location. Right on the water with large sandy beach. It was too chilly for using the water toys provided but we will be back when summer comes around.

Could have been cleaner, lots of junk around property. The well water comes out yellow and smells terrible.The view is amazing!

Hi Sara I don’t know where is your complaint coming from as far as I remember before you rent the place you and your husband came personally to see the property because you thought it’s gonna be perfect for you wedding day ceremony and as you remember on the beginning, I didn’t really agree to do their any wedding ceremony because this is not bank hole. Is just there vacation property but you insist looks beautiful and it’s perfect at the time. Nothing bothers you around. and on the website, there is information about the water. It’s got organic smell you’ve been inform if some of your guest of the wedding complain and wasn’t happy don’t blame me. I just repeat again. This is not Bank at home. You should be happy. I’ll let you do this ceremony there usually when I rentthe place I like to be people happy. And I would like to be them very comfortable when they’re in the place thank you again to be my guest and I wish you all the best in your life. Thank you.

The views from the back deck are breathtaking! Fire pit is perfect for hotdog and marshmallow roasting. Right on the water, but close to town for supplies. We had a great vacation!

Nice place with an amazing view

It's a nice place. We enjoyed our family vacation. The view is amazing! Water levels were high, therefore we had to walk a little bit in the water to get to the dock. But the water was warm and the fishing was great. Unfortunately the portable AC wasn't installed and the weather was very hot and humid. The room with the bunkbed isn't really a room. It is in the basement (directly on concrete). Young children could not sleep there alone.

The property itself is in a lovely spot on a bay. The views of the water are nice from the house. The house however is listed as "luxurious" (the price reflecting this claim) and I would have to disagree. The house is not air conditioned and quite warm and the water has a very strong smell of sulphur that is quite undesirable! It wasn't cleaned to this standard either and appeared to be very lived in. We were told the sheets in the master bedroom weren't clean and we needed to change them ourselves. We were charged high end prices for mid to poor standard. We were very disappointed with this property.

On the website it’s Mark there’s no air condition which we are also planning to install next year. The smell of the water I agree because it’s a countryside and it is Coming from the well That’s for drinking there is a filter on the sink. And also you Book the place For one night stay in the last moment which we were planning to go there by ourselves that’s why the sheets were not change however that it was only in the master bedroom so we notify you before about the situation you have to change the sheets by yourself you agree and you Didn’t have a problem with that . Thank you

Gorgeous Property, Stunning Views!!!

This cottage was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Beautiful view onto the river. The house was clean and smelled nice Internet was worked perfectly. The 4th bedroom in the basement was with a TV it was a perfect for our children to stay down there and play. The river is very interesting, the level of the river changed one day we had a beach. The next day the beach was gone which was also very good for swimming and fishing. We will be back next year for sure :)

Amazing Place

We stayed here the past weekend and me and my family had an amazing overall experience! The property was beautiful both inside and out, the place was clean and their was tons of space outdoors and inside for my family to have an relaxing weekend. The kids had a blast in the water which was nice and shallow for them! The wifi was strong as well. The kids loved the downstairs area, the set up was perfect for them, lots of room for them to play, watch movies at night and then go to sleep - while giving the adults time to unwind upstairs! With being right off the river, the house had a good breeze throughout the day and at night kept us warm. There is a slight smell from the water, as it is well water, which is to be expected in all homes in the area and up north - nothing that bothered us as the smell was faint! Otherwise there was a water filtration system next to the kitchen sink, so we felt comfortable drinking from the filter. We can't wait to come back and spend another holiday in this property making more memories!

Beautiful spot on the Bay

The property is lovely and large with wonderful views of the river. Plenty of indoor space for meals, games and accommodating larger groups. The beach area is nice but not very good for swimming as it's very shallow yet fishing from dock very good. Nice local golf course and close to town for grocery shopping. Great beaches on other side of river.
