Quiet oasis close to a beautiful beach

Want to get away from it all, but with a grocery store close by?
A couple of minutes from a beautiful, sandy beach and wonderful views over the Ottawa River to Quebec. Very shallow and sandy, perfect for swimming and kids. Watch the sunset across the water. Woodland walks, or Nordic skiing in winter. Nature at your door. This is the place to completely unwind.
The house sits on a beautiful quiet street and backs onto woodland.
Comprises an L-shaped sitting and dining room with a piano and comfy reading chair. Large eat-in kitchen with large fridge/freezer, built in oven and ceramic stove top, coffee machines (including Keurig), toaster, kettle, egg cooker, electric hand mixer etc.
Bedrooms - 2 of the bedrooms have blackout blinds and 2 have room-darkening curtains. Pack n' Play available on request.
Family room with TV.
Basement with pool table, wet bar and additional seating area.
Laundry machine and dryer.
Lots of books and board games as well as kids books, games and toys.
Great wifi for streaming your favourite shows, gaming or working if you really need to!
Deck with Barbecue.
Not far from Grouse Park which has a large play structure - keeps your little ones busy for hours. Unity Park in the centre of town also has a great play area.
Tim Hortons, the LCBO, Beer Store, Valumart and Canadian Tire are only minutes drive away, amongst many other stores.
Boat launching close by.
