Modern Architecture with Japanese Experience

The beautiful long island forms the heart of the house and is a cool place to eat, work or study. On the other hand, the Japanese room is in quiet isolation, at the far end, and can be used for any purpose. There are, in total, eight different locations to sit and relax, and every window is a picture window looking on to cooling greenery. Two bathrooms, one ensuite.
South Hua Hin is the best part of Hua Hin to live as you have quick access to everything in the centre, but also a quick escape to all the beautiful spaces south of the town. The towns further south are also a pleasant drive.

Why they chose this property

The house is perfectly located in the southern Nong Kae district, on soi 114, the second to last road before the countryside. The main road going south out of Hua Hin is a very good quality road and well maintained. Taking this road south, the beaches of Takiab and Suan Son are on the left with Kao Tao lake further down. And on the right you have mountains, universities, military camps, and the kings monument. To top this off on both sides there are marshes and lakes. A popular cycling-jogging lane runs along side for several kilometers with a parking area at the start.
