Denver Stay

Great location! Within walking distance to Sloan's lake park/restaurants, as well as Mile High Stadium. The rooftop hot tub was nice to unwind after a busy day.

A Denver Delight

This is a perfect place for a stay close to downtown Denver, close to the sports stadium, with easy access to points south, west, and north.The hot tub was a high quality and good size, and the rooftop deck afforded views of downtown Denver on one side and the mountains on the other. We have traveled the world and many places in the US, and this one ranks toward the top.

good location for us to stay during a trade show weekend at the convention center. A nice alternative to the expensive hotels downtown. Short and inexpensive UBER rides in the mornings. Staff was very responsive.

Great stay, perfect location!

This was a great rental and exactly what our group was looking for. The location is perfect and the rooftop has wonderful views of both the downtown skyline and mountain range. Host was very communicative and answered any questions. Townhome was in great shape and we would certainly stay there again on a return trip.

Denver Getaway

The family and I had a great time staying at the property. The rooftop patio is a great place to enjoy the gorgeous Denver weather. Location was great. Extremely close to the heart of the city for easy access to Meow Wolf, Rockies games, etc. as well as many quieter neighborhood areas. We loved Sloan Lake and Edgewater Market.

Nice home with a great rooftop view and hot tub. Good area based on the event we were attending in Denver. Check in and communication with property manager was seamless. Kitchen could use a few more supplies, but all in all the home was as advertised.

Winter vacation

Thought it would have been decorated still for the holidays. The couch did have rip in it. The heat keep wanting to turn down, It was cool with the big windows. Not enough kitchen utensils and no big bowls we tried cooking meals there. There are no tvs in the bedrooms. No washcloths. The garage is small I have full size suv

Family Trip

This property is close to everything which we really enjoyed. It’s pretty bare bones in regards to what it has but the essentials are covered. It does have a garage but our rental car didn’t fit in it, it was a medium sized SUV. Also there are 2 long flights of stairs that you have to carry your suitcases up. Easy if you have light luggage but we were on a 2 week trip so it was honestly a pain. The owner was very fast to respond and was easy to work with.

Great location

The house was clean and centrally located. We were never further than 20 minutes from where we wanted to go. The hot tub was a highlight with nice views of the city and the mountains on clear days. It’s big enough to fit 6-8 people. It came in really handy in the cold days. All of the dishes and appliances we needed for our stay were provided. We were able to save a lot of money by eating in. There is a supermarket not far from the house. The host was also very responsive. We had a great stay!

Water heater not working at check in

Well, the condo was great, the first night we had no hot water. It took a day to hear from the manager about how we might be able to fix the problem. Turns out the fuse had tripped and turned the water heater off.

Denver weekend

The place was great and the location was great for our visit. All of our group enjoyed the condo and accommodations. There was only minor changes that could be made. The house didn’t have any toilet paper or paper towels to restock so we ran to the store and the towels were damp still (from being laundered) when we arrived. Overall the place was great and we would stay there again.

Amazing views and rooftop hot tub!

Guys weekend trip to see the sights and Avalanche game. Excellent location just a short only 7 min. drive to downtown. This is a 4 level townhome meaning lots of stairs which for us was fine. First level is a small bedroom, half-bath and garage. Second level is modern kitchen, dining and living room area. Very nice sized smart TV. The couch was ripped and needs updated. Third level is two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and laundry. Fourth level is rooftop with hot tub. Amazing views. Great communication and seamless check in experience.

Hot tub haven

Visiting my daughter in Denver. Location was good, close by stores and restaurants and Bronco stadium. The garage was nice to have but tiny and we only had a Kia forte. It has 4 floors each divided by like 14-17 steps. It would be difficult for an elderly person. Hot tub on the roof was nice. Beds pretty comfortable and adequate kitchen if u want to cook. The couch was stained and ripped but not a deal breaker for us.. Sorta a pain to go in and out of the garage as you can’t close the garage door without going back through the condo and out the main door. Overall still gave it 5 stars as it was a perfect for us.

Beautiful property; responsive owner

The property is ideally situated maybe five to ten minutes from Downtown Denver. We were surprised to find that the property is four stories - - the garage and a bedroom and bath on the ground floor; the kitchen, dining room and living room on a second floor; two more bedrooms with two bathrooms on the third floor and a large patio with a hot tub on the fourth floor. Appliances are Samsung state-of-the-art, with a NEST climate control system. Sitting in the hot tub one has a striking view of downtown Denver - - particularly beautiful at night. Secluded from prying eyes, the tub itself lights in different colors and has a twin-fountain water feature. We had a minor issue that the owner took care of immediately. He was gracious and accommodating. We have told the owner that when we are in Denver, we would like to stay with him again. Highly recommended!
