Perfect stay in Nosara

Casa Karma is was perfect for our group of adult couples to enjoy a beautiful week in Nosara. The house is configured perfectly so that everyone has space and privacy with plenty of hangout space. The house has everything you might possibly need, and the property management team was extremely attentive and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

Paradise Found!

Look no further, Karma Nosara is the place to stay in Nosara! The property is gorgeous, spacious, very clean, and the ocean and jungle views are absolutely surreal. Close to everything you need (5 mins by golf cart), but just far enough from town to completely relax and enjoy the "Pura Vida" life and beautiful unspoiled scenery. Highly recommend this property and Arun is an amazing host!

Our family enjoyed an amazing vacation in this beautiful property! There were some challenging occurances that the mangement team handled very professionally and we felt that the overall handling of the issues was a positive experience in our overall Costa Rician vacation! Beautiful ocean view luxury!

We had an incredible stay at Casa Karma for our women's retreat this at the end of March and it was an incredible experience! The home is clean, beautiful, and comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked and every detail is thought of! The concierge service was always there to support our every need. And, we were so close to both North Guiones and Pelada beaches. Overall an incredible and memorable stay!

We had an exceptional stay at Karma Nosara. The house is extremely impressive. It even has a bridge inside. Everything about the house was luxury. We were a group of 10 and we were extremely happy in the house. The concierge was extremely helpful and attentive. the location was perfect. Just a little bit out of town. The climate is a little cooler with more wind. The pools are lovely. the view is glorious. Sunsets were holy! Thank you so much for creating and sharing this house.

Best Spring Break Ever!

The place was great and our group of 12 loved every minute of our trip. Very well designed house with a great layout, lots of space, big bedrooms and amazing outdoor living space. Views, breeze and sunsets were spectacular. Only 5 min by golf cart or tuk tuk to town and beach. Easy access to everything. We would highly recommend it to others and / or stay there again. Concierge service was very helpful and provided great recommendations. The cleaning service Mon / Wed were thorough. The recommendation for catering was excellent. Thank you. Pura Vida!!!

Vacation Bliss

We visited Nosara in October 2022. We had a wonderful time at Karma Nosara. What a beautiful hidden oasis! The house was impeccable. The service from the concierge and the owners, from the seamless booking and help throughout our stay, was appreciated. The views of the jungle & Pacific Ocean from Villa Karma were breathtaking. We saw amazing sunsets & enjoyed perfect days lounging in the infinity pool. My favorite spot for a midday nap was the massive comfortable swing. This was the perfect quick trip to recharge. Definitely a place we will come back and visit.

Nosara Adventure

Breathtaking property, on a hilltop, overlooking the ocean. Very modern and spacious new building. Classy fittings, decor, and bathrooms. Very clean and well maintained. Stunning Infinity pool overlooking the ocean as well as large outdoor dining area, lounge, and barbecue area. The Hosts were very helpful throughout the stay, assisting with recommendations for activities. Also helpful with recommendations for “Chef at Home” for our group, which was an incredible dining experience. Food served on large wooden dining table, overlooking the infinity pool and ocean. There are many activities close by, with many offering pickup from the property. Adventures included zip-lining, ATV tour, catamaran tour where we saw humpback whales, tour on beach to see sea turtles laying eggs up close, as well as surfing on the beach close by. People in Nosara are extremely friendly. Excellent dining options in the area, with ocean sunset, and amazing hilltop views. It was an awesome getaway, packed with unforgettable adventure, balanced with time to relax and chill at this stunning property.

Spectacular!!!

We are a well travelled family. With that said Villa Karma was truly one of the most incredible places we have stayed at. The house has the most amazing views of the ocean which pictures just do not do justice. Sunrise and sunsets are glorious. The infinity pool has a magnificent view of the jungle and the ocean. The house comes fully equipped with everything you need and the rooms are well decorated and spacious. The beds are hotel quality and amazing. The kitchens in both units are well equipped, with modern appliances, including coffee makers, and a dedicated ice-maker. We had 19 people in our group, of various ages. Everyone had more than enough space. The owners and concierge team were attentive to our needs and made everything run smoothly. Villa Karma is now one of our favorite places to vacation to. We can’t wait to go back!

In 2019, six young professionals and their families visited Nosara and fell in love with this tropical paradise. From there, the idea was born to create a luxury home that would provide high-end amenities and allow for families to relax, reconnect and decompress, in the lap of nature and luxury. The majority of the construction was completed during the pandemic. There were times we were not sure if this project would come to fruition with the chaos of COVID-19, but it was KARMA. We hope you fall in love with Karma as much as we did.

In today’s busy world, a vacation is a precious opportunity to relax, reconnect and rejuvenate with loved ones. Spending that valuable time in a real home can be especially rewarding, from cooking breakfast together each morning to gazing at the ocean sunset every night.
