Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to the Big Bear Village and the lake. This gorgeous two-story townhouse with central heating is the perfect mountain getaway with great views of the forest and Snow Summit.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1053+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with trundle. Upstairs second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more.
AMENITIES - Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Smart TVs with cable along with streaming apps and WiFi. Keep yourself warm sitting by the gas log fireplace. Enjoy the convenience of an onsite washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Back patio with slope views. Ski-In Ski-Out steps away from Snow Summit.
PARKING - 2 car driveway. Must pick up parking passes at office
