The Colonnades 1401 is a four-bedroom, four-bath Gulf-front condo with STUNNING views from the 14th floor. Located just under a mile east of Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores, The Colonnades offers convenient access to all local shopping, dining, and attractions.

• Balcony access is from the living room and the primary bedroom



• Laminate flooring is in the bedrooms and tile flooring is throughout the rest of the unit



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining table seats four and there are four barstools for additional seating



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit



• Primary bedroom features a king-size bed with an attached bathroom, including a jetted tub



• Second bedroom has a king-size bed



• Third bedroom has a queen-size bed



• Fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed



• Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out



• Parking for a maximum of two cars

We loved our stay here. Perfect location, close enough to walk to restaurants and shops but towards the end of the condos on the beach so the beach was quiet with lots of space. The chaise lounges on the balcony are the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze and spectacular views. One small thing, bring your own hairdryer. 4 bathrooms and no hairdryer. A small thing but everywhere has them so I didn’t notice it wasn’t included in the listing. Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely come back to this condo in the future.

The property have is a beautiful view of the beach. We felt an awesome breeze on the 24th floor and was able to relax while enjoying the scenery. We definitely will be back for another enjoyable stay!

First time to Gulf Shores area and it was extra special because of this location. We loved this condo and the views were simply fabulous. It is nicely decorated, was clean, mattresses were very comfortable, minute issue with dishwasher was promptly repaired, kitchen had everything we required. I’m tall at 5’8” and beds were almost too high for comfortable/safe in/out, so we recommend lowering the beds. Otherwise, everything was wonderful! I’d return without hesitancy.
