Property in close proximity to downtown life and has a killer master bedroom suite. Neighborhood looks kind of sketchy, but very quiet and no problems during stay

The closest neighborhood to downtown with a great view. Next to world famous Camp North End, in fact you can walk there. Downtown Charlotte is less then a mile away. Also next to the Music Factory and also Optimist Park. Neighborhood is Called Lockwood. All of Downtown Charlotte is very close. Its a long walk or a very short Uber or drive. Hundreds of restaurants, bars, Entertainment, shows, museums, and sports. The Carolina Panthers, The Charlotte Knights AAA Baseball team and the Charlotte Hornets Basketball team, are all just 2 miles away.

What makes this property unique

Plenty of parking for up to 4 vehicles. You can uber or Drive its the center of town. A commuter train is 1.4 miles to the 9th street station Gold line computer train, 1.2 miles to the Parkwood station. Airport is only 20 minutes away by car. lots of Ubers to and from. It close to everything. If you dont rent a car you can Uber or Lyft around.
