Condition Issues

The house is much smaller than the photographs imply. There was a double powerpoint in the kitchen falling out of the wall, exposing live wires. Someone placed a knife block to hide this fact. The sliding gate fell off its tracks, almost falling on my wife who moved out of the way quickly. One sunbed has not useable due to sun damaged cushion. The double day bed had a broken back and was unusable. I have photos.
