The Surf Condos complex has been a rental favorite for years and now there is a brand-new unit to enjoy! Completely renovated and refurnished this stunningly fresh unit has everything you need, including a private washer and dryer!

The Surf Condominiums is an oceanfront complex that offers convenient accommodations at affordable rates. All units have balconies with views of the inner courtyard and ocean. Private beach accesses are available for resident and guest usage. Residents and guests also have access to the swimming pool, which is open from May through September. Grilling is permitted in designated grilling areas around the complex. Laundry facilities are located onsite by the Surf Unit Owner's Association office and have coin-operated washers and dryers. Two cars are permitted for each property. Boats, jet skis, trailers, or other large water or cargo vehicles are not permitted on the premises.

Surf Condo 318 offers 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Bed sizes include a Queen, a Twin, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Pillows and blankets are provided. Linens are NOT provided but are available for rental.

The Surf Condo Complex offers Cable and community WIFI service to all units. Log-in information will be provided at check-in.

➤***Please Note: HOA-controlled pools will be open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Openings outside of this time will be at the discretion of the HOA***

➤Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

A great condo

This condo was like new in condition and was very well furnished in every respect. Many of the paper products that we were told to bring were already there. It is located so convenient to the swimming pool and the ocean. Parking under the condo was a great convenience. It's central location on the beach is ideal.

Very clean!!

We enjoyed our stay and the unit was super clean and had everything we needed! The view was great overlooking the ocean and the pool and the parking was good too! We will definitely be staying in this unit again!!

The beach

Excellent stay. Excellent location we rented last minute the condo accommodated but next time will probably rent a bigger unit potentially in the same complex.
