Escape to the Texas hill country in this fully renovated home located less than one mile north of Main Street in Fredericksburg, Texas. This cozy home has all the modern amenities, including a fire pit and hot tub for relaxing after a day of exploring, shopping, or wine tasting.

LOCATION - Less than 1 mile north of Main St.
HOSTS - Home to yourself - no host on premises
SLEEPS - Up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms with a king bed & the third bedroom has two sets of twin size bunk beds
BATH - 2 baths; the en suite master bath has a walk-in shower and the other bath has a shower/tub combo
KITCHEN - Fully-equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffeemaker
BREAKFAST - None; coffee & tea provided
AMENITIES - 65” Smart TV in living area, large fenced in backyard with a hot tub, gas firepit, rocking chairs, gas bbq grill and outdoor games, washer/dryer

PETS - limit 3 dogs that each weight 50 lbs or less

Up to three dogs are allowed at the house but we ask that each of them weights 50 lbs or less. In addition, there is an additional pet fee of $27/dog/night (before tax). Due to the fact that VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one at the time of booking, please let us know if you intend to have more than one dog joining you. If you book for one dog but bring more, your card on file will be charged the additional pet fee. Also, if you do bring a dog, please bring a crate and crate your dog in your absence from the house, do not allow the dog on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of his or her waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.

The hot tub was AMAZING and the fire pit beside it was much enjoyed. We could actually see the stars out. The property was clean and cozy. Our yorkie has never been around a glass door, so she found out real quick that just cause she can see us to not come running towards us haha. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Instructions were easy to follow. Great location, not too far from downtown.

Nice space for our family

The house was not clean bathrooms dirty, kitchen counter and there was dirty dishes that was in dishwasher. The patio doors were so nasty. Beds are as hard as a rock. The cleaning service is not cleaning this property.

Well appointed and newly remodeled

Great space to relax for the weekend. Beds are super comfy. Living room is spacious and has lots of nice amenities like games, blankets, chargers, and speaker. The outdoor space is just as wonderful with a large backyard, hot tub with good privacy, and a propane fireplace. Also, outdoor games. We would stay again.

Great location and well appointed VRBO

Fully enjoyed our stay, accurate listing. Well appointed with supplies (toilet paper, garage bags, paper towels, etc). While there was an issue with our door entry code, management company promptly engaged to address. Home was well cleaned, please including vacuuming the returns to the HVAC. I would definitely recommend this property and this management team. I would definitely book this property if back in the same town.

This home is in the perfect location! The home is not right off busy loud main but walking distance to everything! It has been remodeled to perfection. It is clean, spacious, and feels like home. We had all necessities provided and we were even greeted with a nice bottle of wine from Becker Vineyard, as well as a complimentary fruit and cheese tray to enjoy. We will definitely be staying here for ALL our future trips! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with my family and I!

We truly enjoyed our stay but we were surprised that there were not sufficient amenities…..ie paper plates, plastic ware, etc. In the master shower there was black mold and by the hot tub there were pieces of metal sticking out of the ground. Two of us tripped on it…very dangerous. Your place is super cute but those two things concerned us. I have pictures if you need them.

House was clean and nicely finished. However, it was missing a few things. The tub in the hall bath is unusually high, slippery and needs a grip bar. There should be more than four dining chairs in a house that sleeps eight people. The kitchen needs dishwasher soap, salt, pepper, sugar and dish towels. The bathrooms need more wash clothes. The digital lock on the front door is not user friendly. It's different from the one pictured in the instruction email and there are no instructions.

Overall, the house was great. In general, very clean. However, most of the kitchen dishes were dirty. There was no dishwasher detergent, but it was delivered promptly on request. We had to wash all the dishes prior to use. There was also no coffee, which was also delivered with the dishwasher detergent. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and a decent set of pots and pans, but very limited in other respects- no Rubbermaid type containers, no serving bowls, no foil, one dish towel, etc. We got by but a better stocked kitchen would have been helpful. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Girls Weekend

1. The good: Excellent communication and response timing with offsite property management when needing help. 2. The bad: needs improvement with security, e.g. sliding door bar stop, property outdoor motion lighting into yard like surrounding neighbors have, etc. 3. The really not good: cleaning company does not do a good job of cleaning dishes/bedding/towels as vrbo description says it will.

Fredericksburg getaway

Great location and great space and amenities. The house was nicely redone. Really large backyard and a quiet neighborhood. The only negatives were the complementary bottle of wine was not there and the trash can in the finished garage smelled awful. The outside temps were in the upper 90’s so not too surprising that the A/C kept the house just cool enough in the heat of the day. Would stay here again.
