>• Normal quiet times are between 11:00pm – 7:00am. We ask that all owners, tenants and guests are

A competent adult must be in charge of the fire at all times and must remain in attendance until the fire is completely extinguished; special care must be taken to supervise children around all fires.
There must>be sufficient resources to prevent a fire from getting beyond control, causing damage or becoming dangerous to life or property.
No owner or guest shall cause or permit smoke to be a nuisance to their neighbors or allow smoke to interfere with the rights of other persons’ use and enjoyment of their unit or common property. All fires must be extinguished by 11pm.

Love the boating, fishing, swimming, tubing and hiking, lots to explore. Love Copper Island, great trail to the top for a fantastic view, a panoramic of the lake and surroundings, an eagle point of view.

Private dock & beach. Boats: 12ft X 30ft new aluminum boat slip for units 7 to 12 (Ours 2nd slip in from the north) The left-side buoy is for our Units 8 use only. Ties around the dock. 368 acre park with boat launch accessed through main park gate or walk-in gate by unit, picnic tables with great views, camping spots, trails, biking, playgrounds, & park store...ice, ice cream, pop, etc
