- This single-story condo offers step-free access via elevator
- There is a separate amenity fee of $103.68 to be paid directly to the condo community after booking. After the booking, guests will receive an email at the email address provided at the booking to register and pay the fee prior to arrival. Registration and payment can be completed upon arrival; however, for faster check-in, it is strongly recommended to pre-register prior to arrival via the provided link. The fee is mandatory and covers access to all property amenities and 2 parking passes
- All guests 12 years and older must wear a wristband while on the property. If a wristband is lost, the replacement fee is $25, to be paid at the resort office
- Your safety matters. This property features a Blink Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed
- This property features noise sensors inside the home. These devices do not record sound (or video); they only monitor noise levels

PANAMA CITY BEACH REGULATIONS
- Owners must verify guest age compliance and check IDs in accordance with Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667; IDs must be kept on file for 12 months
- Owners or responsible contacts must respond to the property within one hour of any incident or occurrence
- Guests must park in either the north or south garage; parking on the flat lot is not permitted and towing will be enforced
- Amenity RFID access is active from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Wristbands must be worn at all times—no exceptions; during high-impact periods, wristbands are also required for Pineapple Willy’s beach access (both entry and exit)
- All bags are subject to search
- Per the ordinance, guests under 18 must follow an 8:00 PM curfew
- Only two parking passes are allowed per unit—no exceptions
- Alcohol is not permitted on the beach from March 1 through April 30
- The beach curfew for guests under 18 will be enforced
- Dogs are not permitted unless they are registered service animals approved through the management office
- Please ensure you pick up your new parking passes; expired parking passes may result in vehicle towing
- Do not throw any items from balconies
- Guests who refuse to comply with these rules may be trespassed from the property
