Enjoy stunning city and water views that will leave you in awe. With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress

The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.

To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:

***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

Located on the 31st floor and facing South and East, Blue Moon! is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers gorgeous Biscayne Bay water and city views from its private balcony. With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Blue Moon! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults plus children (15 years of age or younger).

Upon entering Blue Moon!, it's hard not to be drawn to the floor-to-ceiling windows, offering water views in every direction. Stepping out onto either of the two private balconies, you're greeted by the Miami warmth. To the East, you'll be enchanted by the water vistas of Biscayne Bay, Venetian Marina, The Port of Miami, and the iconic Miami Beach. On the West side, the dazzling downtown Miami skyline awaits your gaze. You can even catch a glimpse of the pool deck, complete with four jacuzzis, by looking straight down from this vantage point on the 10th floor.

Right by the front entry, you'll find the open concept kitchen, fully equipped with everything you could need to unleash your inner chef. The convenience of having a Publix grocery store 1/2 block away makes cooking while on vacation an effortless experience. So, you can easily whip up delicious meals without any hassle and fully savor your time in Miami.

Adjacent to the kitchen, a hidden bonus room awaits, concealed behind a door. This private oasis serves as your own office space, ensuring a tranquil environment for any work that might need attention. This dedicated workspace allows you to focus without distractions, guaranteeing a productive atmosphere when needed.

The oversize dining area next to the kitchen features the coolest dining table and chairs, comfortably accommodating four people. This inviting space is the perfect spot to gather and catch up with everyone, making it a memorable dining experience for all.

The living room exudes elegance with its velvet couch and the 65" Roku TV, equipped with a wide range of entertainment options, including Netflix, Sling, and an array of free movies and TV shows. The master bedroom suite spans the entire length of the condo. It features a king-sized bed, a Roku 55" streaming TV loaded with tons of shows, movies, Sling, and Netflix, and balcony access with captivating water views. Prepare to be amazed by the walk-in closet, perfect for storing all your Miami finds, including a safe. A full-length mirror awaits as you step into the master bathroom, providing an excellent space for getting ready to go out. Not to mention, the convenience of having a washer/dryer right in this room ensures that going home with dirty laundry is not an option. Stepping into the master bathroom will make you feel like you've entered a spa! It boasts a luxurious bathtub and a generously sized walk-in shower.

Heading to the other side of the condo, you'll find the second-largest bedroom which has its very own private balcony, creating a captivating and exclusive retreat. The third interior bedroom, although smaller than the others and without windows, remains a favorite among guests who love to sleep till dawn. Its cozy queen bed provides the perfect haven for a restful slumber. This room also features a Roku Streaming TV, offering access to Netflix, Sling, and a wide selection of free TV shows and movies.
