JARDIN DE CORAIL - FREGATE - Beachfront Studio with Sea view

The property is situated in Pointe d’Esny on the South East coast of the island. The garden leads directly onto the white sandy beach that stretches for 2km's, with magnificent views. Perfect for snorkel lovers and a nice spot for kite-surfers & windsurfers from June to September. The studio is situated on the top floor of the owner's residence and has magnificent views of the lagoon. It is air-conditioned with a queen size bed & en-suite bathroom and fully equipped open kitchen. There is a private balcony overlooking the sea & a back terrace.

Services free of charge:
a) Cleaning service every day EXCEPT for Sundays & public holidays.
b) All linen is provided.
c) Free WIFI available.
d) Two Kayaks available for usage by our guests

Services available at an extra cost:
a) Laundry service
b) Upon client's request and the availability of our cook, meals can be ordered from our set menu. A 24 hrs notice is required.

NOTE:
a) Bed sheets, towels and beach towels are renewed twice a week.
b) We accept children as from 13 years old.

Wonderful place!!!

Thanks to Ingrid and Denis for a perfect week! It is a beautiful apartment, with a nice garden, great infinity pool and a amazing coral reef directly in front of the garden. The apartment is nicely equiped with a sea view balkony on which we every day had our breakfast with a stunning view on the coral reef. Ingrid and Dennis are very helpful and caring, they know the best restaurants around, thanks for the delicous recommendations!

Séjour parfait.

Le studio est situé dans un endroit tranquille, à l'étage, dans une superbe maison entouré d'un beau jardin et d'oiseaux avec vue sur le lagon. Les propriétaires sont charmants, discrets, très attentionnés au confort des vacanciers et veillent à la sérénité du lieu. Et surtout, sont d'une gentille compagnie. Le personnel est tout aussi discret que sympathique. A l'arrivée, nous avons apprécié l'accueil chalheureux de nos hôtes, les boissons fraîches ainsi que la corbeille de fruits. Des fleurs fraîches tous les jours, c'est incroyable. Pour nous, ça a été un petit coin de paradis paisible et relaxant. De vraies vacances reposantes. Encore un grand merci.

Beautiful apartment

Very special experience in a lovely apartment right on the beach. Everything provided from masks to flowers on the room. Clean and well equipped as well as lovely friendly hosts willing to give help and ad ice when needed. You don't need. 5 star hotel when you can have something like this which is better
