Dreaming of a private beach getaway? Look no further! Sandcastle Unit #410, is a 4th floor efficiency condo for up to 2 guests that has been completely renovated and sits directly above the beach.

This sleek and well-designed space is the perfect place to unwind after a long day in the sun. The living area is fresh and modern décor, including a 3 drawer dresser, stunning views from the floor to ceiling windows and adorable coastal touches. In addition to breathtaking views, there are also 2 swivel rocking chairs that will be perfect for lounging and catching your favorite movie from the 50" SmartTV.

The sleeping space boasts a king-sized bed with resort style linens and 2 additional nightstands to store personal items. For long term stays, a washer and dryer has also been provided in this unit.

The kitchen is one-of-a-kind and includes full-sized stainless steel appliances, ample counter and cabinet space, plus all the cookware, utensils and dishes you will need to easily prepare meals. A standard coffeemaker is also provided, so for those early risers, be sure to take your favorite type of coffee along! For dining, there is a table and 2 chairs.

The bathroom has also been recently remodeled with upgraded brushed nickel fixtures and brilliant, recessed and vanity lighting. The vanity has plenty of counterspace to store personal toiletries on, and there is a large, tiled walk-in shower. For additional storage space, there is a closet in the bathroom as well where guests can keep larger suitcases and additional pantry items if needed.

The view is sure to be the cherry on top of this lovely place! With direct views of the Gulf of Mexico and Port Aransas beach, guests will be delighted to be able to enjoy visiting with their significant other while soaking in the refreshing sea air.

Great vacation spot!

My mom and I could not have pictured a better place to stay and experience Port Aransas. The proximity to the beach was PERFECT, room was beautiful, everyone was kind and extremely helpful. We cannot wait to book again next year!

Room and view was absolutely perfect! Pool and walk to beach was nice. Loved the turtles in the pond! Only suggestion would have been to have complimentary shampoos conditions and body wash.

Great location!

The property was the perfect size for two people, and we loved how close it was to the beach - you can’t beat a private boardwalk just for the condo complex! Everything was very clean. The only things I would suggest would be softer pillows, sheet pans for the oven, and ziplocks or Tupperware for food leftovers. Would definitely choose this property again!

So gorgeous

Hubby and I went for a 4 day stay for our 18th anniversary and it was wonderful! First off the place was so clean and that is one of my major things of importance, it was high class and comfortable! The pool and hot tub were perfect, we played ball in the pool for hrs. The beach walk was short and easy, loved everything about the place! We will definitely make it our place to stay while in Port A! We stayed in 410, parking was always easy!

Excellent location to the beach. Pools and hot tub were great. Room was clean, but the walls are as thin as paper and could hear our neighbors very clearly. We would stay again, and just choose another room. Avoid the efficiencies.

Cute and great view

We went during off season so a lot of places weren’t open. The condo we shared a door/wall with you could hear everything. Lucky for us our neighbors left after we had been there for 2 days. They had everything you need. I loved this little town. Great for a couples get away.

Amazing view!

Condo #410 looks brand new and was a great place for a getaway. It's tastefully decorated, has amazing views of the beach, and the rocking chairs on the balcony were the perfect place to relax. We never felt cramped for storage space as there is plenty of room with the extra closet in bathroom. My only complaint is the walls are a little thin and we could clearly hear our neighbors TV. Easy check in. Friendly staff. Beautiful pool and well maintained grounds. I'd definitely stay here again!

Room was great but the construction was not

The room was great and has a beautiful view! Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy it between the hours of 9am and 5pm due to the extremely loud construction going on underneath our room. The information about there being construction was relayed to us 3 days before we arrived. The email just stated there was construction going on at the property. At this time it was too late to cancel our room and go elsewhere. When I sent a message about the construction going on I was just told I signed a contract and it said if there was any construction noise then they were not going to refund or reimburse me anything. There was nothing in the ad that stated there was construction going on while we were there for most of the day. If so I would have picked a different place to stay.

While we are sorry to hear about your bad experience, management has attempted to make every notification known regarding this unfortunate construction. To include this being highlighted on the website under our "pardon our progress" page and in the units description. A "pardon our progress" email is also sent to our guests upon completing their booking to ensure all our of guests are aware of the construction going on around our area. We apologize, as this critical spalling work was required to be performed and is scheduled to conclude in April 2025. Great price for a condo on the beach with ocean views! We enjoyed the pool and coffee in the lobby. They also had shampoo/condition, laundry pods and dishwasher pods. There was some noise due to maintenance, though that's unavoidable. Close to everything in town. Highly recommend Cancun Mexican restaurant and Paul's seafood market.
