This is a true single-family vacation home—not a condo. You have the entire home, private driveway, and private parking area with no shared living space at the property.

The home is located along West Beach Boulevard, just steps from beach access via the boardwalk. The beach in front of this small community is limited-access, meaning you won’t experience the crowds found at many public Gulf Shores beaches—even during the busy summer season.

You can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the water, spend the afternoon on the beach, cool off in the pool, fish from the private pier, and return home to your own spacious retreat.

This large 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom multilevel home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and can accommodate up to 10 guests when children are included.

Wake up to beautiful beach views and enjoy access to two rooftop decks where you can take in the sunrise, sunset, and coastal scenery with virtually nothing obstructing your view.

The home includes:

All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided based on the number of guests included in your reservation.

PRIVATE PARKING FOR UP TO 6 VEHICLES

Bring the whole crew. The large private parking area can accommodate up to six vehicles, making this home especially convenient for larger families and groups traveling together.

There is also a ground-level garage-style foyer where you can easily bring in coolers, beach gear, luggage, toys, and other vacation supplies.

An elevator is available from the ground level to help make access easier for guests with mobility needs or anyone who simply doesn’t want to carry luggage and beach gear up the stairs.

While the home feels peaceful and secluded, you’re still close to the action.

The Hangout and the heart of Gulf Shores are approximately 3 miles away, putting you close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, nightlife, family attractions, and everything that makes Gulf Shores one of Alabama’s favorite beach destinations.

Your vacation home is fully sanitized and prepared between guests so you can arrive knowing your home has been carefully cleaned and prepared for your stay.

HURRICANE SEASON & TRAVEL INSURANCE

When booking during hurricane season, August through October, we strongly recommend purchasing CSA travel insurance or comparable travel protection.

Travel insurance can provide important protection if you are unable to travel due to a named storm or other covered circumstance. Please review the policy carefully to understand what is and is not covered before purchasing.
