Situated on the corner in the main street of Bangalow is the historical Divine Cottage.

With four bedrooms, the main with a King, two Queens and small room with a single bed, the cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, wifi, fireplace, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and blockout blinds in all of the bedrooms.

The town of Bangalow has a unique charm, with its beautiful boutique cafes, restaurants and shops. A short 200m stroll takes you to all that Bangalow has to offer. The iconic monthly Bangalow markets are 150-metre walk from the front door, as are the weekly Saturday farmers markets.

Bangalow itself is just 10 minutes from the beaches of Byron Bay and close to the towns of Newrybar, Clunes and Lennox Head.

It is a 20-minute drive from Ballina/Byron Airport and one hour from Gold Coast Airport.

Cute cottage on busy street

Cute cottage with soft beds and the managing agent was easy to deal with. However, we found living cockroaches in the fridge when we arrived which we had to clean and disinfect, and there were a few issues in the kitchen including zero sharp knives. We had to go and buy a knife and also a pizza tray to use. The house is on the main road of Bangalow and there was traffic noise, substantial during peak hours. There are two frilly neck lizards living in the front yard. Otherwise it was fine, none of these issues didn't cause us too much trouble, although perhaps this information will help others.

Byron hinterland

Bangalow is a great base for exploring the Byron region. It's a really lovely town, with many lovely historic shops and houses, including this holiday house. The house had lots of space for our group of five adults.
