Why they chose this property

We love the privacy of private homes of Carillon Beach on one side and a state park on the other. Lovely Lake Powell and the Gulf give us our own oasis. Also, the gated community offers great opportunities for a bike ride or walk to local shoppes, restaurants or nightlife!

What makes this property unique

We have the ideal unit in the best wing and floor of the complex! Lovely unobstructed views east and west. The end of the wing offers unobstructed sunrises and sunsets and the seventh floor gets us above neighboring mid rise buildings!
