WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
Being available online has become as important as being available in-person used to be - maybe even more so! So if you telecommute, work from home, run a blog, live stream, homeschool, Zoom, or Facetime, then we've got the vacation home for you! The internet at our subtropical condo has just been upgraded to top-of-the-line speed: 400 Mbps! Our home suits up to 10 people. Two rooms are furnished with King beds and the smallest room has full-size bunk beds, plus our living area has a sofa bed! We've decorated with tasteful, cabana-inspired furnishings and full-size appliances in the kitchen. We hope you and your whole group will be comfortable in our home while you enjoy South Padre Island - the Best Beach in Texas!

RESORT FEES
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
