Located in the tranquil and charming Magnolia Bay area of the Currituck Club this home has been well planned and well appointed. No need to leave except to go to the grocery store as this house has it all! Pool, hot tub, covered deck and so much more. Dog(s) always welcome! You will feel welcome the moment you walk in to this charming soundside home. Book now, and give yourself a pat on the back for an excellent decision.

12' x 29' pool, hot tub, TVs, DVD player, foosball table, Wi-Fi, high chair, covered deck and porch, gas fireplace and enclosed outside shower. No gas or propane grills are allowed. Park grill is provided

Pets allowed - dogs only. No smoking/vaping. All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates and pool heat information, including details regarding the optional pool heat fee.
