Fantastic location with easy access to Neah Bay and Sekiu. The property is super clean and the queen sized bed is really comfortable. It comes with every amenity you can imagine, down to socks with grippy feet in case you get cold! There's good tide pooling right in front of the cottage and pretty decent birding. Strong recommend for a relaxing weekend getaway!
We had the best stay here! The unit was so cozy, clean, well decorated with lots of extra amenities in the kitchen. Loved sitting at the window watching the wildlife through the binoculars. Great location for nearby hiking with a complimentary parking pass. Michele was the absolute best host!! So welcoming and kind. I can’t wait to return for another visit. The owners went out of their way to add some festive decorations for our Christmas Eve stay which was really lovely and appreciated. I’ve stayed at rentals all over WA state and this is definitely one of my top favorite. Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. Sipping coffee on the couch and watching the birds and ocean was awesome. We saw a few eagles and seals in the beach, and enjoyed a lovely morning walk. Very friendly property manager next door.

Spotlessly clean, well stocked kitchen and Laundry. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. Owner was there to show me the unit and provide helpful tips about the area. Parking right in front of the unit made it easier to unload the car. Great view right on the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Lots of wild birds.
We enjoyed everything about this place. The beach access, the view, the well stocked kitchen, and it being so clean top the list. Our host was available for anything we needed and got us acquainted with the place when we arrived. It even included a vehicle pass for Makah Tribal recreation spots. All the bases were covered. We will definitely be back.
Amazing time! Michelle was so friendly. Our second stay and even better than the first time!

Great location! Quite and private. Walking along the beach was the plus for this place and it seemed like you had the beach yourself. The place was clean and comfortable.

This property is much more charming in person! The wood cabin feel was perfect for our winter getaway during the historic snowfall. The property owner was so sweet and she made sure we made it there safely and offered assistance if we needed anything during our stay. We are looking forward to coming back for the views, charm, and location since its near costal beaches and hiking trails!
Beautiful views and beach. Super clean! Rustic and comfortable. Well stocked. Close to Cape Flattery and hiking.

Wake up early and catch the beautiful sunrise just behind the cabin. The property had everything we needed. It was very quiet and secluded. The owner was great with communication when we needed it!
Super clean, well furnished and stocked, had everything we could want for a quiet weekend directly on the Strait of Juan de Fuca. The host was very welcoming and gave a quick rundown off all we needed to know to enjoy a comfortable weekend at the property. We had all our meals there and had all the kitchenware we needed to prepare our meals. Excellent location for exploring Cape Flattery.

Beautiful quaint little beach house! It was everything we hoped for. Michelle (the site manager) was more than helpful. Her and her husband definitely make sure everything is perfect. They even had little pats of butter ready! Beach access is outstanding as is the sandy beach. Very comfortable and cozy!
Perfect size for 2 people, clean and comfortable. Games if you forgot any. Foundation is slanted and needs attention. Hosts were amazing and welcoming. The view is stunning, i got lost in it. Very relaxing.
My husband and I stayed here for a few days and I could not more highly recommend. It's such a quiet, lovely spot to unwind, but still easy access to the hikes we wanted to do (Shi Shi Beach and Soh Duc Falls). It had everything we needed and more. Michelle was there to greet us and show us around. It is about 20-30 min from the grocery store, but there was a list of grocery stores, restaurants, etc waiting for us to help us know where to go. Can't beat being able to walk out the door and down to the beach! Wonderful spot!
Lovely little spot. The photos of the view don’t actually do it justice - so beautiful. I was even treated to some Northern Lights due to some lucky timing.
As a solo female traveler, this spot felt incredibly safe and suited my needs perfectly. Everything was clean and well maintained.
The property manager is incredibly kind and helpful - going so far as to call some local businesses for me when I asked what I thought was a passing question.
I absolutely would book here again.

Wonderfully peaceful.
We adored this place. Two nights was not enough. We hope to return for longer! Michelle gave us a tour and all the tips on arrival. Very friendly. Very peaceful and only steps to the ocean. Bald eagles. Lots of extra touches such as binoculars, reservation pass (saves $30), iced beer mugs, breakfast provisions, high quality shower products, Adirondack chairs, beach towels, warm socks (!), bird feeders, hiking poles, etc. Large picture windows in both the living area and bedroom. View of the ocean, the Strait, and Vancouver Island. We hiked to Shi Shi Beach (gorgeous) and to Cape Flattery. Stopped in Neah Bay. We cooked our own dinners because the nearest restaurants are several miles away and we loved having dinner in the cottage with the view.

Perfect getaway!
We loved our stay at the Waterfront Sekiu Escape. The cabin was clean and well stocked with everything we would need. The best part was the large picture windows looking out to the water off of the living room and bedroom. It was so pleasant to sit on the couch watching the birds and water that rainy times didn't matter. This is a very cozy place to stay. It gave us the perfect get away. We've highly recommended it to our friends. In addition, we felt very well looked after and well taken care of by Michelle, the manager. She greeted us on arrival and was very thorough in her tour of the apartment. She was readily available if needed. We'd give this experience 10 stars if we could!
Everything was ideal except the weather. The cabin is just as depicted, very well equipped, beautifully maintained, and the caretaker, who lives right next door was at our beckon call. The sandy public beach was right out the door, and accessible at all levels of tidal levels.
A delightful, unexpected treat were our aerial visitors, visiting the daily-filled bird feeder, affixed to the picture window. Yellow finches, blue jays, siskins, and scores of others, taking turns at the feeder.
Can't wait to visit again.!

Amazing!!
This was such a cozy place to stay. Everything was very clean and stocked well with anything we might need. Having the beach in the back yard was very relaxing and soothing. We explored around the area and saw deer & elk then made our way out to Forks for the day. We spent the night playing scrabble and watching movies & drinking hot cocoa. Such a fun birthday weekend getaway. Michelle was very kind upon arrival and made sure we were comfortable and ready for the storm that was coming through. We will definitely be back!
The caretaker was on hand to take me thru and show where things were, including breakfast food I wasn't expecting. The bed was piled high with pillows and blankets. She'd turned on the heat for me which would have been appreciated if it were colder but immediately turned it off when I told her my plan was to sleep with the window by the bed open so I could hear the water. THAT was fantastic. It was close enough at high tide that some big waves made the bed shudder just a bit. I'm hoping to go back this fall and watch some truly epic storms.
We were impressed with this quaint little unit that overlooks the Straits of Juan de Fuca, situated about 25 yards from the water with a picturesque view through the front room widow (and bedroom window too). Michelle maintains the unit and greeted us on arrival, and said good-bye as well. We stayed 5-days and enjoyed the comfort. My wife walked the shoreline at low tides. We read and watched the ships come and go (enter and leaving the straits), Tuesday being the busiest with more than 8 container/cargo ships. Wednesday we saw two naval ships enter the Straits. We plan to return. Thank you for the superb hospitality. Rich and Leslie
