Kitchen drawers have mold in them, everything VERY dated for the price, not enough chairs on the deck (for house that sleeps 29), one small round table on deck, showers heads coming out of the wall, guests felt the house wobble, house smelled like mold. But outside of all that it was nice to be in the beach. For that money we’d expect the house to be in better shape. Elliot was great.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re sorry that the condition of the home did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the concerns you noted with the kitchen drawers, deck seating, showers, and odor. We understand that when renting a large vacation home, guests expect the property to be well maintained and comfortable for the price paid. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention so they can be reviewed with the appropriate teams and property owner. We’re also glad to hear that you enjoyed being at the beach and that you had a positive experience with our Elliott team. Thank you for choosing Elliott Beach Rentals, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

My family has stayed at Shore Delight twice and it is hands down, our favorite place to stay at Cherry Grove. The house is perfect for multi-generational families with pets. The accommodations are perfect, high quality and comfortable. This is the cleanest house I’ve rented in my decades of visiting Cherry Grove. The oceanfront view is worth every penny.

Great vacation

Family trip with adult grandchildren. House was very close to beach. The only draw back was the beds needed mattresses and gate need to keep my pet on back porch. Quick trip to Walmart and child gate helped.Would return.
