This wonderful custom vacation home has 4 bedrooms plus a den area and a office for those working vacations, with 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. Built in 2021 and located only a short stroll or bike ride to Bethany''s beautiful, guarded beaches, boardwalk, shopping, and restaurants, and nestled away in a quiet residential area. Many upgraded features including central air conditioning, roomy full-size kitchen with all the comforts of home (dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 3 TVs, WIFI, large, screened porch to sit and enjoy morning coffee, outside shower to rinse off the beach sand before heading indoors and gas grill.
