Two master suites, one on first floor and another on the third floor, great for privacy and extremely family friendly. All mattress are brand new, high quality in 2022.

Perfect Beach Getaway!We had an amazing stay at this beach house! It was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to come and go throughout the day. The house fit all of our needs, with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. On top of everything, the price was fantastic for what we got. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach vacation spot!

The interior of the home is lovely. Roomy enough for everyone to have their own space and the second floor is great for gathering. The beach wasn't too crowded, which is a plus.

Overall this is a lovey rental. With 3 floors of space it was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 small children. The location is convenient and a short drive to the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs and some toys in the garage. This space was also helpful for storing our own beach supplies. It was clean in the necessary areas but don't look under the furniture. Also, be mindful that you need to bring your own sheets and towels. We had a fun week!

Terrific home away from home in Bethany

My family was visiting for a family wedding, this was the perfect place for us to stay and relax between many of the scheduled activities. We had great access to the beach, walking distance from several restaurants and while very accessible also quiet and peaceful. All amenities were included and we all felt right at home. My 5 year old daughter was so excited about the "mermaid bedroom" she jumped up and down and said it was just perfect for her.

What a great time!

All told, my family has been vacationing and/or living in BB for 50 years! This is a really great low key secret spot/location near new and old development. So convenient to anything you’d ever want to do, including an easy and safe family bike ride to the BB boardwalk. Very clean and cozy, with plenty of room to spread out for multiple families with kids to adults. Thank you!

Beautiful home

Everything was great. Beautiful home with plenty of space for my family of 11. The walk to the beach was longer than 2 blocks and you have to go around sea colony to the beach access, but still ok. We could walk to stores and restaurants. We had a wonderful week.

Family vacation

This house is very nice. It has everything with kitchen stuff, condiments, hand soaps in every bathroom, 4 bikes, plenty stuff for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, toys and even a big wagon that can carry them. It’s about three blocks to get there. Not too bad. Many restaurants nearby. We had a good time! 👍

Bethany beach condo/townhouse

The property was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. Owner was great to work with. Very responsive and helpful. Parking was a bit tough. There is really only one spot at the house (can’t park in the garage). There is some overflow in the neighborhood but those spots filled quickly (as each home can fit 2-3 families).

Great townhome for 3 families, 10 minute walk to the beach

Wonderful property, as advertised, convenient walk to the beach as well as to lots of shopping and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Fully furnished with just about everything you would need, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, wagon, bikes and boogie boards. Only complaint is that we had to bring our own sheets and towels, which we only found out the day of arrival (luckily, before we left home!) This was explained as “because of COVID”, but that seems like a relic. Sheets and towels should be included.

Best townhouse I have ever rented.

Very clean with beautiful sturdy furniture and a well stocked kitchen . The TV in the living room was very big and all of us We’re able to watch shows together. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The garage had beach chairs and other things the kids could enjoy. A short walk to the beach.

Annual family vacation

Townhouse looked exactly like the pictures; very nicely decorated and homey. There was plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen had all the equipment that we needed to make breakfasts and lunches. The equipment in the garage wasn’t very usable; they were kind of old and beat up. It may be time for some nice new chairs. The cleaning crew could pay better attention to the rugs and under the furniture. Overall it was a great week and nice place to lay our heads each night. We would definitely return next yr.

The home was perfect for our group. Great location to Bethany beach (though it certainly is not walkable with kids). Nevertheless, the home was clean and close to some good restaurants. You're also only a short drive to Rehoboth beach (which is a must to check out while you're there). The owner was responsive and very helpful as well.

Most beautiful rental property!

Our family of 7 absolutely loved staying here. The house had everything, from a garage full of beach toys and chairs to a kitchen that had more amenities than I have in my home, to beautiful bedrooms with brand new mattresses. A short walk took you to the beach, the boardwalk and shops. We could not ask for more. We hope to go back and rent next summer!

Good location in Bethany!

This property provided lots of space. We enjoyed having the two separate living areas on the main floor. It was very convenient having a washer/dryer. The items provided in the kitchen for cooking were top notch. In the garage there were bikes with a lock, chairs, and boogie boards. There were some games available that our family enjoyed. This townhome is very close to restaurants and shops. We could walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes. Our favorite thing to do was to ride our bikes to the beach and the boardwalk.
