The flat has a very large entertaining deck, outdoor setting, BBQ, electric sunshade and has amazing views over Copacabana to Winnie Bay.

Downstairs consists of another four bedrooms, two with ensuites. There is also a separate bathroom with large bath and there is a separate w/c. This level features a large inviting open plan living area consisting of lounge, dining area and well equipped kitchen. This flows effortlessly out to another large outdoor covered entertaining deck with outdoor setting overlooking the pool and cabana. Perfect any time of the day to relax and enjoy the mesmerising view.

Enjoy your days by the pool with your own cabana entertaining area with kitchen, BBQ area and bar fridge, outdoor setting and sun lounges. There is also a table tennis table and dart board.

A mere 600m to the sleepy village of Copacabana with patrolled beach and offering cafes, restaurants, bottle shop, chemist and general store. Avoca Beach is 1.6km and offers all of the above as well.
