Located in the picturesque Port of Sotogrande Marina, you will instantly relax in this newly built, stylishly decorated 2bed, 2bath with pool, and the most amazing views of the Marina. The apt is fully equipped with everything to make guests feel immediately at home. Private parking; community pool; walk to restaurants, beaches and nature trails. 30 min to Marbella. 1.25 hrs to Malaga. Need 3 good reviews from other hosts, and no negative reviews to book. Not suitable for children under age 10.
Our clean, modern apartment is brand NEW (built by Taylor Wimpey), and in an unbeatable location, with gorgeous views overlooking the Marina in the Port of Sotogrande.
It boasts two bedrooms (one with King (180cm) and the other with a Queen size (150cm) bed and two full bathrooms with rain showers. The main bedroom has a 55" tv.
The open plan living area includes a spacious sectional sofa with a Sony 55' flat screen tv, and a four-seater dining table that extends for additional dining space.
The kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a 4 burner cooktop, as well as an integrated oven and microwave, and all of the dishes and implements needed for dining in, if you choose. The apt also includes a combo washer/ dryer for your additional convenience. Nespresso coffee maker.
The huge outdoor terrace (41 SQ METERS) from which guests will enjoy the stunning views of the Marina, is fully furnished. It includes a large sectional outdoor sofa where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening wine, sun loungers for catching some vitamin D, a table and chairs for dining al fresco, and an umbrella to keep you shaded.
In short, we have taken great care to create a cozy, home away from home from which guests can explore and enjoy Sotogrande and the entire Costa del Sol.

Guests will enjoy the entire apt to themselves, and will have access to the community pool (in season, Apr-Oct), and exclusive use of a private parking spot in the underground garage.
The Marina in the Port of Sotogrande is directly in front of the Condominium, so guests can easily walk to restaurants and shops in mere minutes. Grocery shopping and other amenities are just a few minutes away by car.
For golf enthusiasts, numerous golf courses are within walking or short driving distance, including La Reserva Club in Sotogrande Alto, Real Club Valderrama, Alamenara, and San Roque.
Sotogrande is also home to International Polo events hosted by the Santa Maria Polo club, which is within walking distance.
Sotogrande is also home to numerous beaches, including Gigi Beach, Bunker Beach, and Torreguadiaro Beach, all of which have excellent amenities in season, and are surrounded by nature. Bunker Beach, in particular, has stellar views of the Rock of Gibraltar and is adjacent to a nature reserve; so it tranquil and unspoiled.
Sotogrande is well situated for further exploration along the Costa del Sol and the whole of Andalucia. Guests can easily make day trips to Cadiz, Seville, Cordoba, Ronda, or Granada, Spain; and in even closer proximity, to Gibraltar, only a 15-minute drive away.
Guests wanting to experience the party vibe of Marbella or Porto Banus, both of which are just a short drive from Sotogrande, will enjoy returning to Sotogrande's peace and tranquillity, after spending a day in those less tranquil locales.

Guests must understand that the condominium is primarily a community of owners, as such, the security and tranquility of owners is paramount, such that we insist on knowing who is on the property and whether they have authorization to be there at all times.
PARTIES/ EVENTS/ PHOTO SHOOTS
Parties, events, photo shoots are strictly forbidden on the property. Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am, as well as siesta from 2pm-4pm.

Pets are not allowed in our apt.
CLEANING FEE
The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning (fresh linens, washing surfaces, etc.). Additional cleaning fees will be charged in the case of guests causing excessive mess (eg; dishes, furniture, flooring, linen stains, etc.). Also, for any damage to property than cannot be cleaned, guests will be charged the replacement fee for such items.
SECURITY CAMERAS
We have 24/7 video cameras on the exterior of the property and (interior) facing the front entrance. These cameras are positioned to maintain privacy, and security while enjoying our home.
IMMIGRATION AND BORDER SECURITY
As Spanish law requires that the identity of all guests be collected, recorded and provided to border security, is it mandatory that all guests provide their identification details following booking, which will again be verified on check in.
