A very comfortable home ideally located in the town of Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro, with private swimming pool and garden including a covered terrace. It also has a private parking space in front of the house.

Sleeps 6, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private balcony).

Ground floor comprises a spacious lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area. There is also an internal patio and small guest-toilet close to the kitchen.

Perfect for summer holiday rental or golf players, our house is 400m from the Cañada Golf Club and under ten minute's drive from the beach and Sotogrande with it's marina, restaurants and bars, tennis, horse riding club...

Also a must for polo (and horse) lovers, with several polo fields and regular tournaments where some of the best players play.

A few minute's drive from the N340 (E-15) allows easy access to Gibraltar (20 min) and the beautiful villages of Andalusia. Tarifa is only 40 minutes drive away, with it's beautiful beaches and windy coasts for surfers & kite surfers.

In the winter, it is also possible to ski in the beautiful resort of the Sierra Nevada by Granada, which is 2 1/2 hours away.

Closest airports are Gibraltar (20 min), Malaga and Jerez - both at an hour's drive.

Cosy home, fab pool and great location

Just spent a week at Veronica’s lovely house in Pueblo. The house is cosy but spacious enough for a big family of five. The outside area is lovely with a decent size pool, sun loungers and outside eating area. Veronica was super helpful and always on hand to answer any questions. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Fantastic house in beautiful and quiet area

We stayed at this home for an entire week and it was exactly as we had hoped. The house was very clean, the area very quiet and the surroundings very beautiful. Check-in was very easy and a whole binder was waiting for us with additional information for our stay. We also really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Veronica and her family. I would highly recommend this home to others!

Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay in this property for 2 weeks with our children aged 5 and 8. The house is well equipped with everything you would have in your own home and was clean and tidy on arrival. The pool was an absolute delight, perfectly sized with the added safety of a locked gate for little ones. The location was peaceful and safe and a short drive away from supermarkets, shops and Sotogrande attractions. Veronica is a lovely host, she was very responsive, helpful and kind. We hope to stay here again!

Como tu propia casa, incluso mejor

Todas las comodidades que tendrías en tu casa, pues más allá, no echarás de menos ese electrodoméstico, los tiene todos, menos la secadora, pero para que la quieres, si lavé mis zapatillas por la noche y a la mañana siguiente, estaban listas para usar. La casa tiene un patio orientado al sur, soleado todo el día, toldo, fantástica piscina vallada por si tienes niños pequeños pero que en absoluto obstaculiza su disfrute. Sobre la equipación y equipamiento, que decir, sillas, hamacas, mesas, menaje de cocina, mantas, sábanas, electrónica, altavoces, equipo hifi,alargaderas, enchufes...etc. todo al máximo nivel, dos baños, un aseo, habitación principal con vestidor y baño propio, más dos habitaciones grandes, ventanas PVC modernas aislantes de ruidos y temperatura. Insisto en la equipación de la cocina, no falta ni ingredientes ni equipación. Limpieza en la casa de 10, La dinámica de "consumo y repongo" es fantástica. Solo apta para personas coherentes, absténgase egoístas que piensen que el centro del universo está en su ombligo. La cercanía de Verónica, sus padres y la inmediata respuesta ante cualquier problema, duda o petición es más que sobresaliente. Dispone de un dossier de documentos de información sobre la casa así como del entorno mas próximo, muy detallado. Supermercados cercanos, Mercadona, Lidl, Corte inglés. Restaurantes, a destacar un japonés de calidad extraordinaria, entre otros... 15 minutos de coche a la playa de la Alcaidesa, con un buen chiringuito, OneEden

lovely property

very roomy. Plenty of amenities in the property. Part of a residential neighbourhood...must be aware of siesta time 3 to 5pm (local dog did not adhere to this but did not worry us in any way). Lovely pool which we all enjoyed. Thank you so much

Fantásticas vacaciones

Nos alojamos en casa de Verónica durante la segunda quincena de agosto de 2021. La estancia fue excepcional. La casa impecablemente limpia, espaciosa, con todos los detalles necesarios para hacer la estancia confortable, y la piscina!!!!... qué decir de la piscina..., nuestra hija quería quedarse a vivir en ella😉. La comunicación con Verónica fue amable, fluida y cordial, lo mismo que con su hermano Sebastián, quien nos recibió y despidió. Ambos dispuestos para que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Casa muy confortable y tranquila

La casa está situada cerca de las playas de San Roque, en especial de Sotogrande. Es muy tranquila y tiene todo lo necesario para convertir la estancia en una experiencia cercana a un hogar propio. Está muy bien dotada y la piscina le otorga un valor añadido muy importante. Verónica da todas las facilidades posibles y contesta cualquier duda al momento. Sus padres también solucionan cualquier duda que pueda surgir y ayudan a convertir la estancia en algo muy agradable.

Muy buen alojamiento

La casa está muy bien. La ubicación está a un paso de muchos sitios de interés. Su propia disposición, tamaño, dotación, decoración, luminosidad y la piscina privada la convierten en un alojamiento atractivo y muy agradable. Y Verónica y familia estuvieron muy atentos a todo lo que necesitamos y a hacernos la estancia muy grata.

Great place for a simple summer break

My wife and I spent 2 weeks with our 2 children in this spacious and welcoming townhouse and it served us brilliantly. I am from Gibraltar and have spent many summers in and around Sotogrande so know the area well. The location is great especially if you plan most of your activities in and around the Sotogrande area, without having to pay the premium for renting a Sotogrande townhouse (there anyway did not seem to be that many of them available when I was searching). 3 large supermarkets are within a 3 min drive, as is the motorway to Gibraltar/Malaga. La Cañada golf course is at the top of the hill (1 min), Puerto (Deportivo) Sotogrande is a 5 min drive and you can walk to Pueblo Nuevo although not recommended in the height of summer given it's an uphill walk back. All rooms are spacious, the garden felt bigger than the photos suggest and is absolutely fine for small kids, the pool was great and fenced off, which was important as our kids are young and cannot swim, and we ate all our meals in the outside area. Communication with Veronica was very easy and timely. Can only recommend this house.

Een geslaagde vakantie in een heerlijk vakantie huis

Altos de la Canada daar staat een mooi groot huis! Wij verbleven daar met 4 volwassen en een kindje van bijna 2. Het huis was erg fijn en het zwembad was top om lekker in af te koelen. En een goede bbq om savond een lekker steak op te bakken. Alles was erg schoon en geen gebrek aan spullen. Op 5 min afstand is de puerto ( de jachthaven) met veel leuke restaurantjes en barretjes. En op 2 min van het huis is de Lidl supermarkt. Al met al een super verblijf voor stelletjes, vrienden en gezinnen.

Fabulous villa in a great location!

A lovely house with everything you could possibly need. Use and replace household items works well and extremely convenient (esp if arriving on Sundays as supermarkets are closed). The pool and garden are fantastic. Great for families. The pool is fenced off and non slip surfaces make it safe for little ones! 5-10 min drive to some nice (but pebbly) beaches and beach clubs. All communication with the owner was easy and responses received quickly. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.
