My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We are building a home in Hampton Hall, and we were meeting with our builder. The cottage was very comfortable, and the location was perfect to explore the area around Bluffton. There are many enjoyable restaurants to experience too. We definitely would stay again.

Love these cottages!

Another great stay. The only things that would have made it better were supplying soap and shampoo (more than one use packets). Also, there were limited kitchen supplies (coffee pods, filters, spices, etc.)All really minor issues but thought I'd pass that on.

Peaceful Retreat

We had family in for funeral & had the pleasure of renting this beautiful cottage. Very accommodating @ the owners were super responsive & accommodating!Even after the weekend the owner quickly coordinated to get a few items that had been accidentally forgotten back to us! Very prompt & coordinated to have the items easily accessible! Thank you for every extra effort! The accommodations were great & it made a hard weekend very enjoyable! Great place. Very spacious and they had everything a person needed for an extended stay. My kids are in their 20’s and live in the Hilton head area, and they really enjoyed it as well. Owner was very easy to get a hold of and responded immediately to any questions I might have. I will say my only questions were about the check in process and how to get a pass for an extra vehicle, which was accommodated immediately. Everything was as advertised and just a great place to stay. I highly recommend this location.

Everything was beyond perfect for our stay! The house is exquisite and the price was amazing. The community is lovely and everyone was so pleasant. Our little guy made friends with everyone as he road his bike back and forth from pickle ball to the cottage. We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was nice having 2 full bathrooms so everyone could get ready easily. The neighborhood is quiet. Check in was easy, including getting passes for parking at the front gate. Everyone who came said they thought the beds were comfortable. It was a nice location, able to get to places we were interested in seeing and also close to family that live locally which was a bonus. We did like that they had a streaming option for tv (YouTube TV) as that is not always the case with rentals! Would definitely stay here again!

This Bluffton Cottage was an amazing stay for me and my family. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. The guards at the gate were very helpful and take their job very serious. You always felt safe from the moment you drove through the gate. The cottage has everything you will need for an extended stay or a short visit. The owner and his team were so attentive and awesome to work with. The cottage itself was clean, had everything we needed, and very charming. Our children loved seeing all the wildlife, especially the family of deer that came to visit every day. It truly became the highlight of our trip. We have stayed in many short-term rentals in the Bluffton/Hilton Head area and this home is at the top of our list. Thank you again for making our stay so special!

A great area

We have vacationed in the Bluffton area for years. This unit was in need of an update, specifically better lighting, some better outside seating, and a grill that was in working order. I will admit that I am critical. We have stayed in the cottages before so I am comparing this unit to another. Also, not being able to use the amenities will keep us from staying here in the future…(HOA ruling)

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: "We recently purchased this home and plan to update some of the details inside. Feedback is always welcome as we endeavor to provide each guest with a 5-star experience. • Thank you for bringing it to our attention that additional lighting and outdoor seating may be needed. We were unaware of any issue with the grill, and apologize for the inconvenience. Guests are encouraged to contact us with questions or concerns during their stay. It is our pleasure to assist in any way that we can. We'll visit the property in May and evaluate what improvements to make. • The HOA is trying to develop a program to allow the use of amenities, but their priority is currently to the homeowners. Hampton Hall is one of the few gated golf communities that will allow short-term rentals to outside renters. Unfortunately, the policy is consistent with similar communities in the Hilton Head area. Our listing states this, but we're sorry if it caught you off guard. Hopefully, this will change in the near future as we'd love to offer more amenities to our guests.
