Nestled right by the Park City Tanger Outlet stores, Powderwood is the perfect place for a vacation any time of year. Just minutes from the ski resorts and historic downtown, this recently remodeled condo has 2-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 7 comfortably. Virtual Tour Available Upon Request.
The main living room has plenty of seating, including a Queen sleeper sofa and a cozy gas fireplace for cold winter days or cool summer mountain evenings and a 55" Smart TV for your entertainment.
The master bedroom has a comfortable King bed, 55" Smart TV and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has Queen bed , 55" Smart TV and detached full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to easily dine in. Make a delicious breakfast before heading out for the day, have lunch and snack items around and enjoy a delicious crockpot meal at the end of your day of fun or throw some burgers on the BBQs in the community.
The free shuttle picks up near the complex every 15 minutes and the Redstone Shopping Center (stores, dining, entertainment) is just across the highway.

The entire home is equipped with full heat, free WiFi, and Comcast cable TV. There is also a private in-home washer and dryer, ironing board, blow dryer and games. There are two high quality, raised and self-inflatable Twin air beds for two additional sleeping spaces.
Along with the home, you’ll have access to the Powderwood community amenities with a hot tub (open all year), pool (open in summer only), lighted tennis courts, volleyball court, BBQ's and picnic area. Powderwood is adjacent to a paved walking/biking trail.
Don’t worry about parking! The home has one reserved, covered parking space. There's also one parking pass for an additional vehicle in the first-come first-served parking. NO RV, boat, trailer or oversized vehicle (including sprinter vans) parking is permitted.
Powderwood Pines is dog-friendly, accommodating one small dog due to HOA rules. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.
Pet Fees: Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $50 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.

Location was great as we were spending our time at the Utah Olympic Sliding center. Space was clean and functional. We would have appreciated a few more staples - salt, seasoning etc. some small repairs are needed but overall a great space for our two couples.

Very nice condo, located just outside park city. Only a 10 minute drive to the resort. Fully stocked with all essentials to make your stay comfortable. Management is quick to respond to any of your needs. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect jumping off point for summer stay. Right on the bike path - access to trails and restaurants. Perfect size for family of 4. Pet friendly with great amenities. Management is very responsive. We will be back.

My son and his stepbrother wanted to spend a couple days at Woodward Bike Park. This location could not have been better!! 6 minutes to the bike path and about 30 seconds to the outlet mall. Loved our stay!! We will be back!!

The owner had a crate and dog toys ready for our sweet pup. There was an open grass area to play frisbee and enjoy the mountain air. The beds were comfortable and the back patio was convenient to relax and have privacy. We played board games that were provided and enjoyed the family.

Would definitely stay again!
Pros: great location, spacious bedrooms, comfy large beds, washer/dryer in unit, a Roku TV in each room, easy check-in process, good and clear communication from property manager, and covered parking! Easy access to grocery store and other shopping, and quick drive into town (weather-permitting).
Cons: Heating unit is loud, becomes white noise once you're used to it but if sensitive to noise while sleeping might be disruptive. Unit has good closet space with hangers but no dressers/drawer space. Be sure to bring your own toiletries, only other con was the availability of quality soap/shampoo/conditioner.

Loved nearly everything about this place! The condo included games, dog supplies, hotel quality bathroom products, and a kitchen stocked with appliances and utensils to boot. Convenience to Park City, Run-a-muk dog park, and the shopping centers exceeded our expectations - everything we needed was within a 5-10 minute drive. Google maps was deceiving because the POIs were closer to the condo than we pictured from our research. The condo also included a binder full of things to do, both inside and outside of the complex, and an easy to follow checklist to help make checking out a breeze. I say we loved "nearly" everything about this place because one of our small complaints was that the front door was difficult to close, but by the end of our first day we got used to it. The kitchen also didn't include a colander/strainer for our pasta/spaghetti nights but it's nothing to legitimately whine over. 10/10 would stay again.

Overall, the place was less than satisfactory for the price, a bit shabby. Upkeep could be better. Broken blinds, broken baseboards, dirty bedroom rugs.
Location:
Pro: first floor, easy access to outdoor area, nice trails nearby, dedicated parking space
Con: upstairs noise is disturbing, unavoidable and early (5:30-6 am) during our stay.
Beds:
Pro: nothing
Con: very uncomfortable. Bedding is 100% polyester and crackles with static electricity as you move (should be replaced with 100% cotton); lists as accommodating 8 with a king, double, sofa bed double and two twin air mattresses. Even so, the place is too small to accommodate so many. There are only 4 chairs at the table, small kitchen and relatively small living room. The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable. I cannot comment on the air mattresses.
Cleanliness:
Pro: furniture was clean and mostly without stains. Kitchen was clean and bathrooms were mostly clean.
Con: the floors were dirty. I vacuumed and mopped after wiping up some water and seeing dirt on the paper towel. The vacuum cleaner does not work well and the mop is dirty. We had to keep our shoes or socks on while there. Showers had dark stains. Toilets and sinks were clean and newer, but the baseboards were broken in places (just not nice as I would expect for the price).
Fireplace:
Pro: very nice for ambience
Con: puts out very little heat.
TVs:
Pro: one in living room worked well.
Overall serviceable but disappointing.
