Good but not Great

it would only take a little bit to move to great. a little attention to the outside decks would have went a long way. Hot tub was full of debris and had not be sweep off in weeks. Inside was very nice and views were great of the lake. Neighbors were amazing to help us out.

Relaxing vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home on the lake! It was the cheapest vacation we have ever had because we didnt need to leave. They had kayaks, paddleboards and a hot tub that we all enjoyed! We were also close to hiking at the Effigy trails but were quite far from anything else (restaurants, grocery store). There were a few repairs that were needed but nothing that interferred with our stay!

Great Weekend Getaway

This property was great!! We enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks and spacious house! Chris, our host, was great at answering questions promptly. Definitely a great place to stay.

Perfect for GCSU graduation weekend

We needed an option for 3 generations of family to stay together to celebrate our senior's graduation from GCSU. The space was wonderful, the kitchen was stocked with items that we didn't pack (garbage bags, soap pods for dishwasher). The back porch was serene, spacious and welcoming. We didn't try to use the kayak or paddle boards mainly due to time. The water seemed extremely shallow, so unsure if a boat could have navigated to the dock. We tried fishing for a while, but opted to visit family at Lake Oconee instead. Be careful using WAZE to navigate, as it was NOT accurate and we ended up on the wrong side of the lake. Apple Maps navigated to the house correctly. Also, if you recycle, plan on taking your recyclables with you at check out.
