Perfect stay

Overall a great stay, cabin was equipped with everything we needed. Cabin was clean and well stocked with towels and linen. We were close to the local restaurants and attractions.

Wonderful place to have our Thanksgiving feast. Kitchen was amazing for all of my cooking. I did bring my own kitchen equipment, but this place has plenty of the basics necessities. Communication with the host was perfect.

Great place for our family!

This was a really nice place for our family to spend time together! We had plenty of room for our large group to spread out and be comfortable. Everything was clean and accessible. The back porch and yard are beautiful, and we were so glad to have the small play area for our younger children. There was a generous supply of towels and trash bags, and the kitchen is adequately supplied. Thank you so much for maintaining this property to such a high standard and for making it available for others to enjoy!

Had a great time getting together with good friends and making memories in Broken Bow floating the river and relaxing/visiting at the cabin. Cabin was in a great location and equipped with everything we needed for the wknd. Clean and spacious enough for the 12 of us to move around comfortably. Definitely would go back again!

This cabin was perfect for our girls getaway. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us! We had everything we needed... from cooking in the kitchen, linens for the beds, extra blankets for the couch, toiletries in the bathroom, bath linens, etc. we did not want or need for ANYTHING! We enjoyed the fireplace on the back patio to drink coffee in the mornings and visit and the hot tub at night. Check in was easy and so was check out. Would definitely book again.

Great place for families with kids

Great place to stay while we watched the solar eclipse and hiked trails at Beaver’s Bend State Park. The kids appreciated having their own space-as did the adults. Property managers were quickly responsive when we had questions. It was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The description of the rooms/beds was a bit unclear and different than we found it to be. But we had ample space for our group of 6 adults and 5 kids. We would definitely rent again.

Location was great relative to everything Hochatown/Broken Bow. Cabin was so cute and perfect for our Mother’s Day family girl’s getaway. Communication was great and we had a hiccup with the guest house door lock keypad dying (worked upon arrival though) and it was late when I texted the person about the issue. But they replied fairly quickly and had a quick remedy in place so my aunt and cousin’s weren’t locked out. 😅 House was clean and comfortable. I wish we would have stayed more than a couple days! Definitely recommend and will be back.

Ideal & Affordable Family & Friends Getaway

A few college roommates of mine and their families all decided to "meet in the middle," for a weekend together between Arkansas and Dallas. The stay was very enjoyable, ideal location, plenty of room, and fun amenities. The location was peaceful, the outdoor fireplace neat, the hot tub was perfect, and the playground (for the kiddos) was ideal! Two things worth note and improvement: - Several of the plumbing fixtures were poorly intact/installed. One of the bedroom shower valves was hanging off the wall and the facuet handles in the same bathroom came off from the counter top just by turning to get water going. The tub also had a drain issue of getting stuck. - For a house that accommodates 12 people like the listing mentioned, having a better offering of kitchen utensils and larger serving dishes for groups would help. Will certainly consider this property again for what our group is wanting to make a yearly get together.

Exceeded our expectations!

This place was amazing! The appearance blew me away - the pictures do not do this place justice. There was plenty of space and things to do here in the cabin and every detail was attended to - the kitchen is more than adequately stocked. Nothing was shortcut or cheap. We felt welcomed and so comfortable. None of us wanted to leave. Needless to say - we will be back!
