La International is a true Island Original complex directly on the beach and
conveniently nextdoor to the infamous Wanna Wanna Beach Bar and Grill -
eat/drink but Wanna’s closes early so no disruptive noise
This complex could not have better maintenance & is in pristine condition..
One unique amenity is the pool & hot tub area area here is West Side of
building for afternoon sun. Most beachfront complexes are shaded in afternoon
comparatively.
*Completely renovated - very clean & is a larger corner units that are about 120 sq ft more than standard units, making it a real premium on space. Complex has elevator so stairs are optional.
*New white quartz counters, with walk in shower, frameless glass door, a custom king bed in Master bedroom, and newer dining & iving room furniture.
*As on 3rd floor just a really great patio with unobstructed view of ocean & gulf of Mexico once you are out on it. You can see both the sunrise and the sunset from the balcony/patio though views are partial inside of condo
*A max of 6 total people are allowed, though gently we remind you that it will not be comfortable for that many if all adults. This space is perfect for a family of 4 or 5. If you plan on using the provided air bed /pump and or the sofa sleeper, please do not forget to bring additional bedding as we do not provide it. We are happy to supply if you stop by our office prior to 5 pm on day of check in but do not deliver.
*Fast WIFI if some work + flat screen smart TVs in both the Master & Living Room.
*Pool is heated seasonally approx Nov 1 to Apr 1 - , but impeccably clean always. The really large spa is poolside & heated year round. There is a code to the pool / jacuzzi area keeping it private to guests staying here.,
*The kitchen is open concept flows to living room & is fully equipped with all pots, pans, dishes etc for convenient family meals to blending up some margaritas for sunsets.
*One thing to note about International is that it is not some “mega” impersonal complex - it has an eclectic 1970’s retro “Miami Beach Vibes” from yesteryear - yet with the interior being fully refurbished, you will enjoy how clean/modern it is inside.
While BBQ charcoal grills are legal & allowed on the beach, they are not
allowed on the patio nor pool area of Internacional per the HOA rules.
* 1 parking space is included, and a golf cart is considered a vehicle. The use of the parking permit we leave in the unit at check in is required, and in March “spring break” wristbands are required for all guest use.
We do provide coffee, creamer, and sweetener + decaf + tea - as well as a
starter pack of hand soaps, dish soap, trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels new
and starters of toilet paper, non stick cooking spray as well as Salt & Pepper
- though not unlimited and not replenished. All fresh towels and linens are
also provided.
Property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Trips rentals the
best property management company on SPI 2600 Padre blvd across from the Kraken
Bar & Grill plus our phones are answered 24 hours a day all days of the week
We have tried to install every possible thing a family could want to the best
of our ability to make this a great place to enjoy this house close to the
beach.
Don't forget - beach gear (I don't provide as no room in unit)
Or rent 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach for $45 cash per day - bring cash
and no need to reserve in advance the vendor is right in front of many
properties up and down the beach
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only
provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want
you to be aware of that- it is not a reason for a cancel, refund, nor
reimbursement. Please arrive prepared with an enabled hotpot on your cellular
device if you have critical work to complete.
Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached
photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre
Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign prior to arrival to be
checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address.
You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to your booking platform
messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older If you are NOT 25 years of
age you MUST contact us prior to check to inquire if we CAN allow you to stay
by accepting an additional refundable damage deposit. This is NOT guaranteed

.We do not provide e Door codes earlier than check in time as we cannot have
guests attempting to park nor slowing down maid service of course is If you
need a somewhat earlier check in, contact our office on day of check in around
11 am and we can check for you.
Additional free parking is available along Gulf Blvd a City street though not
guaranteed.
Unauthorized / non registered guests are NOT allowed. A baby and/or infant is
considered a person in the State of Texas and included in total allowed
maximum guests. Get togethers NOT allowed nor unregistered guests in pool
area.
Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music. Complex quiet time is 9 pm to
9 am. Pool is open 9 am to 9:00 pm including outdoor hot tubs (if applicable)
BBQing on property is not allowed unless otherwise)

Our Short Term Rental License from the City of South Padre Island is available
upon request – simply ask.

**Special Terms for Spring Break Dates: March 8 through March 23**
Main guest must be 25+ OR you are required to pay both the $500 refundable
damage deposit. This is per HOA requirements.
