Can't wait to book this place again!

It was clean and had plenty of towels. Very relaxing place. The bedrooms were so spacious, as well as the living and eating area. I would recommend this place over and over. When you find something good that works, we want to hand on to it, this is this place. And the price was decent. thank you.

Beautiful Condo, very close to the beach

My adult children and I stayed in this property over July 4th. It was the perfect size and configuration for us. The pool and hot tub area is well kept and beautifully landscaped. It is only a very short walk to the beach. We had one question about the internet and Barbara, the owner, was available immediately and was able to direct us to what we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband & teen-age daughter really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was very close to the ocean, and very clean & well maintaned, as the owner described. The owner was very helpfull in all the details and recommendations for helping to making our vacation on the Island a wonderful memory to last a life-time. For starters, my check in time was 4pm and I could not get a hold of the host via communication in the Expedia app or the Vrbo app. It was 4:30 and I had to call customer service to see if they could contact the host, which they could not either. At 4:45 pm I finally received an apology for confusion regarding the door codes via text messages from the host. I am glad we brought our own trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels because there were none stocked. I took pictures and videos of tiny roaches that were everywhere....the kitchen walls, the showers, the bedrooms and there was a large sticky stain on one of the comforters in the bedroom. I reached out via the app again because I wanted a paper trail, and notified the host who asked for photos of the areas needing to be cleaned a d she stated she would contact her cleaning person. I wanted to know if she was sending someone over to clean while we were gone because our belongings were there and she simply replied "no" and thats the last I have heard from her. That was Saturday 06/27 afternoon.

Weekend Getaway

The property was nice and location great. Very short walk to the beach. Parking space was horrible (small spaces and too much overflow). The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and food left from previous renters was not thrown out. I felt rushed by the owner/property manager to pay remaining balance. Overall, was a nice getaway. Beds were comfy and condo spacious.

This was a great property. Very spacious, great beach access. Not on the beach but very accessible with just a short walk. Only downside to the condo was there was no storage space for food, some shelving in the dining area would have been helpful. Also the same for the hall bath, some shelving would be great personal products. This condo is for 6 guests but was not stocked with towels for 6, and no wash cloths. We had to run down and purchase our own. Other than that it was a nice stay and I would stay again.

We liked the nearness to the beach, although the picture in the rental posting was a little deceiving. The walk to the beach was not right from the condo, but at the end of the block. The photo led one to believe it was in back of the condo building. The condo itself was reasonably clean but the corners made me believe it had been a bit since the last cleaning. The toilet in the hall bathroom didn't flush well. Perhaps the mechanism in the tack could use replacement. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The practice of having no paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels and coffee filters was not well received. There's no reason those items shouldn't be furnished. The walk in showers and the water pressure were very good. One of the best features. I'm not sure we will rent there again. We'll probably try somewhere else. The beds were comfortable. The closet in the one bedroom was not there so the room looked messy because of it. The lamp in the bedroom had no bulb in it. Luckily there was a bulb in a lamp not in use that I could change out. Seems like there could have been more care taken. Things were adequate but a little more attention could have made it much better.

Great beach access with just a half block walk. Third floor with stairs so plan accordingly. It may have been all the rain, but we had to battle A LOT of bugs inside the condo which was less than ideal. Also, paper products like paper towels, tissues and ample toilet paper should be a basic but they weren’t provided. Beds were comfortable and the back yard garden and pool was beautiful.
