Beautiful Condo with a Great location-Close to Everything in Branson!.

Great choice for a family friendly unit in a perfect location to enjoy everything Branson has to offer. Want to be close to the Ballparks of America? You are 1 mile away!

Welcome to our #VacationDreamsBranson condo! This 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom condo has everything you are looking for - tons of space, with a bunkroom for the kids and every bedroom has a full private bath. The best thing is the location - get to anywhere in the area in 5 mins - you can even walk to some! The condo is located in the Kingsgate complex, just off the famous Branson Strip. This quiet property has so much to offer; a seasonal outdoor pool, games, DVDs and an expanded outdoor patio overlooking the green space and pool. The green space would be great to throw a ball back and forth!

The open living/dining and kitchen area lets everyone gather together for games or breakfast pancakes! It includes all the appliances and we also have a great selection of everything you would need to even cook a Thanksgiving dinner with plenty of serving pieces! Plenty of seating at the dining table and bar stools allows you to all eat together. We have it all from a crock pot to cookie sheets so whether you are making a big pot of chili or warming up a frozen pizza we have you covered. You will love the huge sectional that includes recliners for that break after a day at Silver Dollar City which is less than 10 mins away; large flat screen tv, free WIFI and a fireplace make this a spot to refresh before heading out again! Lots of light comes in from the big deck with 2 seating areas The complex provides charcoal grills by the outdoor pool. We also include a brand new washer and dryer.

Really comfortable beds with high end sheets and lots of privacy makes this a perfect spot for an afternoon nap, a little downtime watching tv and everyone loves having a private full bathroom. These beds will make your #VacationDreams come true! The flat screen smart tvs give you a lot of options and hi-speed WIFI allows you to work but we hope you don't have to! The main floor bedrooms have king beds and up the spiral stairs is a queen with a set of twin bunks. There is also a pack and play and high chair for the littlest ones. The unit sleeps up to 8 guests. Please note the 3rd bedroom is up a spiral staircase so might not be a good option for very small children or adults with mobility issues.

Amazing time at Branson staying at this beautiful condo/resort. Check in was quick and easy, all of the family had their own bed and bath. Beautifully furnished condo, very clean and accessible to all of the Branson Shows and attractions! The place was wonderful! We enjoyed the location, the roomy feel for 3 couples, and it was very clean. We will definitely stay here again. We were on the 4th floor and the balcony was really nice. Great Location!!
