As guests of this magnificent home inside Sky Valley Country Club, family fun and adventure awaits you!!!!!You will be provided with complimentary passes giving you access to the pool, tennis courts, fitness center and pickle ball courts. The stunning golf course is semi private allowing you to pay to play to your hearts content. Inside this amazing home prepare to have every wish and need you could have, met while on your relaxing vacation. This professionally decorated home features a gorgeous entry level open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous dining table and island bar seating. There are stunning views to behold from almost every room and deck of this home. Two fully private master suites (one upstairs and one downstairs) with luxurious whirlpool tubs and showers invite you to spend time pampering yourself and each one allows its own deck access. There is a safety gate at the top of the stairs to protect small children or pets. Downstairs you will find an amazing game room with air hocky and ping pong tables, an enormous comfortable sectional with large flatscreen tv. There is access to another beautiful deck with splendid views and outdoor seating from this game room as well. There is a kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, microwave and keurig downstairs too as well as another full laundry area. The home has 2 queen size air mattresses in addition to 2 queen beds a set of bunk beds and 2 kings offering a sleeping arrangement for very large families. There are a total of 4 full bathrooms as well. This rare property is a favorite with families wanting a secluded hideaway but still enjoy access to the world class restaurants and shopping in Highlands NC or Dillard Georgia. Three of Highlands most significant waterfalls are literally “just around the corner” from this property. Muddy Falls, located in the same community, is a crystal clear major waterfall with swimming for all ages! Just a 20 minute drive from Highlands on one of North Carolina's most scenic highways, this is a community surrounded by national forest, waterfalls, sliding rocks and all of the wonders of nature. Sit on either of the two massive decks, gazing out at the Blue Ridge mountain range! Walks and hikes surrounding the house have something for everyone, from strenuous to a fairly flat stroll where you can walk and explore for hours.. Truly mountain resort living with all the fun you can handle!

Half way between everything

My children love to shop Clayton, Highlands, and Franklin. My grandkids love Scaly mountain tubing and mountain coaster. Something to do for everyone. This house has plenty of room. This is the second year we’ve stayed at this house.. it’s always clean and has beautiful views. We’ll be back

Beautiful view

The pictures do not describe the view. The house is appointed nicely & everything is very comfortable. The two floors were really helpful with keeping the kids downstairs in the large room where they enjoyed ping pong & air hockey. The place was clean. The kitchen is great. Any problem was reported to Holly & she made a commitment to follow up. The location is nice easy access to both Clayton & Highlands. I highly recommend this location especially for large families. Thank you!

Second stay was as good as ever

This was our family's second time staying at this house. The location can't be beat, and we love the pet friendly aspect (dog door and treats provided; no pet smell and is always impeccably clean). Love the view and comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen has everything you would need. Driveway is steep but we got used to it. Not sure what happens if it's icy? We've always traveled to this area in Oct/Nov and the fall colors are gorgeous. Property Manager was super easy to work with. Thanks for another great stay!

Glorious Mountain Stay in Sky Valley

We stayed at this home for 4 weeks and it far exceeded our expectations. The view was incredible, the house impeccable, the amenities amazing and we couldn't have asked for more. It was perfect!!!!! Holly's communication was on spot and we didn't need to bother her for anything as there were no issues at all. Would definitely come back again and again.

Beat the heat

The property was spacious and for the most part well appointed with furniture, appliances, and 4 bedrooms. The view from the upper deck was amazing. There was a very nice gas barbecue available, and the Keurig with several k-cups was appreciated. Overall the house was clean. However, there were a few things that need attention: 1. The lower deck and railings were not clean, and the swing was filthy. 2. The dinette for six on the upper deck was very nice however the sitting area furniture was cheap and faded, and should be replaced with something upscale. 3. The lighting over the dining table is too bright. A dimmer switch should be installed. 4. There is no real closet in the bunk bedroom downstairs; just a storage room. 5. The hockey table was not operational.
