This home is just across the 2 lane road from Lake Sequoyah, perfect for those freshwater anglers looking for fresh Largemouth Bass and Trout with a small patch of land across the road with 2 chairs and 2 kayaks for guest use. For Hikers there is plenty of trails to explore from nearby Whiteside Mountain to Sunset Rock in town, and right down the road is both Dry Falls and Bridal Veil. Looking for a fun place with the kids? The Biological Station is fantastic! Even the art lovers can find solace at The Bascom right on the way into town.

This property was just as presented. Beautiful and clean. It was located just 2 miles from downtown and close to all restaurants. Would highly recommend.
