Ocean Key Resort charges a cleaning fee equal to One Night’s Room Rate when a guest has smoked in their room. Smoking is not allowed in guest rooms or suites.

Valet parking – $45/overnight + tax.
*Please note: garage can accommodate no larger than an SUV size vehicle. Heavy duty trucks and trailers are not permitted due to limited space.

Cancellation policy
The guest will be charged 0% of the total price if they cancel 24 hours or more after reservation and 100% of the total rent if they cancel within 3 days before arrival.
