This spacious 2-Bedroom Suite features a primary bedroom with a queen-size bed, 32” TV and a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a 32” TV. All 2-Bedroom Suites include a separate bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination. The living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa and 42“ TV and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with kitchenware, a refrigerator, stovetop, oven and dishwasher. Complimentary laundry facilities are available.

This resort charges the following mandatory fees:
Deposit: USD 200 per accommodation, per stay

This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Just a 1 night stay

Virginia Beach is run down so not a great place to stay but we had a festival and decided to try this place. It was Ok. Definitely wouldn’t buy here as it is a timeshare and they try to get you to attend a meeting. It was clean but could use some refresh. For what it was the price was very high for 1 night and definitely not something where a resort fee should be charged as it was. Disappointed with how the 2 Bedroom suite was not together but separated by doors with dead bolts, therefore, the people who stayed in the separated bedroom could not enjoy the living room and kitchen without walking out of their locked room into another locked door. Would not stay again for the Money. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Great place - - just watch the gimmick and could be a few extras for price

Overall impression of the property was great. The rooms were clean, the customer service was very nice, the location is great and all around just a great place to stay for vacation. There was pitfalls along the way but thankfully those didnt ruin the stay. First is be aware - - they tell you that you have to go to a presentation at some point or you'll be charged. I had to pick a date and said if we didnt show you would get charged. We ended up going and listening and making money but they said we are not forced. That said though, you do have to go or there are charges for not going. The other issues we ran into was a back and forth with the payments. Some training should be given to the folks who handle this property as it turned into a hassle but will not bore with details. The only thing I was not impressed with is, there was no breakfast or option in the morning for this or coffee bar even. I can understand no breakfast as you have a kitchen and all but would be nice to see a coffee bar or be able to get coffee/tea in the morning when going out to see the sunrise, without having to go to a store or shop. One thing i would like to see is a little more detail in the description of the rooms. Had to ask about balcony, where it was located and about ammentities. The site lists some but not in detail for the rooms. Not a huge deal but would be nice so you know what you're walking into. As mentioned though, overall great place to stay with family due to the location and the rooms! Thank you!

Birthday Celebration

We booked a suite for my daughter’s 16th bday. The room set up was great and perfect for her celebration with a few of her friends, however none of the drawers in the dressers worked and we had to request bedding and towels (we booked for a party of six and there was only enough sets for 4 and no bedding for the pull out sofa). The front desk staff was not overly friendly and seemed bothered with our request.

Room was not clean

Found dirty socks under a chair. Everyone below us smoked pot the entire time we were there and supposedly you cant smoke in the room. Will never stay there again.

Very nice but not crazy about the push to buy time share

Lovely resort in the heart of Virginia Beach. My brother and I stayed at the beach and enjoyed the 2 separate rooms. I slept like a baby , the bed was so comfortable. He complained about load people on his side. When we arrived they were pushing to sell me a time share,I had to just adventually just leave.
