Improvement needed

Stay for 6 persons however only 4 cups for coffee. Towels in poor conditions look like mops for floors. Bedding with bad smell and humid. Need to pay attention to details lack of cleanliness

Highly Dissatisfied!

This property is very dated and in need of upgrade! Upon our arrival the power went out in part of the condo and we had to locate the circuit breaker to restore the power. The Master Bedroom shower door was off the track. The blinds in the combined living/dining area did not close for privacy. Lighting throughout was dim/light bulbs out. The living room furniture is stained, limited supply of bath towels and toilet paper (had to purchase toilet paper), no cleaning supplies/garbage bags, and the main entry door lock was unstable and occasionally the code would not work making entry and departure tedious. The local support team came on-site the next day after we arrived to offer assistance and stated they would return the next day for additional support and never did. We were very disappointed in our overall stay at this property!!!

Man the stay for me and my family was great!!!!! The condo was clean. Very comfortable. And the property manager was great host as well. Anything we needed he was there to provide. Definitely would stay here again in the future.
