Breezeway on Horseshoe

The perfect setting for a relaxing, tropical holiday! This home has everything to enjoy with inground pool, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The covered breezeway can be opened to flow through to the pool area and rear deck with gas pizza oven and BBQ. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and TV/DVD player. Loungeroom with TV and master bedroom with TV, all air conditioned. Pet friendly also with fully fenced yard, fire pit and lots of space to unwind.
The Master bedroom has a wall mount TV and air conditioning. There is no attached bathroom but it is just across the breezeway.
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, TV/DVD, air conditioned and ensuite bathroom.
The 3rd bedroom has a single bunk bed (2 x singles suitable for children only), TV/DVD, air conditioned and ensuite bathrom.
The loungeroom has a corner lounge suite, Wall mount TV and air conditioning.
The laundry is fully equipped with washing machine and dryer.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove top and fridge.
The breezeway is fully covered and rainproof with confortable lounge settings and table setting. Plantation louvres open fully to the poolside. Fixed louvres are on the eastern side with external door access to open deck, outdoor entertaining table and firepit.

Property is functional and comfortable but needs some TLC. The TV in the bedroom next to the kitchen didn’t pick up free to air TV, the bathroom exhaust fan in the laundry area sounds like a chopper taking off and the outdoor umbrella at the front was disintergrating as was the our door furniture near the pool. The pool fencing didn’t contain our Pomeranian so be aware of that if you have small dogs. Other than that we really enjoyed the island as it is just so beautiful and relaxed. We were grateful we could bring our fur babies with us.
