Anniversary getaway

We absolutely loved this serene quiet Floridian oasis. The owner was absolutely wonderful to work with and very responsible and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in and just generally enjoyed our stay. We were familiar with the area so we had our favorite spots to visit.

What a lovely spot!

This property had all that we needed and was in a great location for running, biking, etc. 10 minutes from down town Cape Coral and super easy to get to Ft Myers beach and Sanibel. The place was clean, the backyard was very private. There were multiple seating areas for eating and the kitchen necessities were all there. One other great thing was that, when our flight home was suddenly canceled, the owners graciously allowed us two additional hours to figure out a solution. I’d highly recommend for small families and adult trips as well!

Short stay in Florida

This property served our needs; it is small, but nice. The location in Cape Coral seemed convenient. Not to be too harsh, but I think "resort-like backyard oasis" is a bit of a stretch. The backyard is small and not resort-like. The pool was a mess, but since the weather was cold, we didn't bother complaining to have it cleaned. The solar lights were broken and knocked over. I think there was a fence we could put around the pool to give our 2.5 and 5 year old safe, but we weren't given instructions.

Thank you for your review. We enjoyed having you and your family stay at our home! I truly wished you would have reached out - if we are not aware of things how can we solve your concerns? I am sorry our outdoor space was not as you were expecting, unfortunately there recently was the largest hurricane in Florida that went right through Cape Coral, and we were so lucky we did not have the damage that others did. However unfortunately our beautiful landscaping took a hit, which we have remedied what we have control over, but will take time for the foliage to come back to the luscious green it once was! We were not aware that the pool was messy (we have pool clean/maintenance weekly), or that the fence was removed but if we were notified, we would have had someone clean it and reinstall the fence immediately! Again, we thank you for your stay! We wish you would have reached out during your stay and not just leave your concerns in a review, as all of these concerns would have been remedied quickly during your short stay!
