Beautifully decorated condo with a view of the golf course. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. Just a short drive to the beach. Would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Our family’s stay at the condo was wonderful. It was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The beds are quite comfortable and the only maintenance issue we had — a slow draining tub — was fixed promptly. The only thing we would add is some towel bars in the bathrooms. We’d definitely stay here again.

Fantastic getaway

The property was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the screened in backporch that overlooked the golf course and water. The boys golfed twice while we were there and we enjoyed the pool and beach. We went into Calabash a couple of nights and even tried zip-lining at the Shallotte River Swamp Park (lots of fun!).

Sunset Relaxation

Home away from home :) Our stay was so relaxing and close to beautiful sunset beach, Calabash and N Myrtle. When we were not at the beach, we were enjoying the pools or sitting on screened porch overlooking the calabash creek and listening to chorus of frogs and birds. Peaceful bliss!

Great location and quiet community

We had a great stay. The condo was recently renovated and beautiful. The community was quiet and in a perfect location, close to the beach and not far from stores and restaurants. The only down side was our neighbor below us got annoyed with our kids. I don't think there are a lot of young families in this neighborhood.

A great stay!

As we walked into our condo we were pleasantly surprised as to the cleanliness and the condo did actually look like it did in the photos. The owners communicated very well. I was concerned about it being on the third floor but it wasn’t bad at all. Just a few suggestions to make someone’s stay even more pleasant: we would have liked a full length mirror or two, we would have liked a couple of extra sets of towels so we didn’t have to wash so frequently, and we tried to enjoy the screen patio, but it needed to be cleaned. There were so many spider webs it just felt dirty. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Relaxing & Many Options for Vacation Fun

This was our first visit to Sunset Beach & we were very impressed. Our family of four all had a comfortable experience in this villa & the pictures are very accurate. Our middle school-aged sons even had their own mini-suite included which allowed some privacy & space of their own. The villa & attached mini-suite were very clean, spacious, & attractively decorated. The screened in porch allowed our family some time to enjoy the outdoor sounds & scenery. The area needed to be swept a little, but overall useful & nice patio table & chairs. Our stay included usage of the community pool & hot tub which our family enjoyed. Sunset Beach public beach area was a short drive which was fun for our entire family - clean beach area that was busy, but not overcrowded even on the weekend. We thought the villa's community location in Sunset Beach was ideal for nearby dining & local treats & activities (Calabash & Ocean Isle), in addition to many tourist activities in North Myrtle Beach (@ 30 minutes drive), if desired. Our only constructive feedback was the quality of bath towels which were very small & thin material, & lacked hanging racks. We would highly recommend this villa stay & will definitely return to the Sunset Beach area!

So Happy you enjoyed SeaTrail,Sunset Beach area. Talk with cleaning group on towels.As for racks..we have had so many holes in wall due to being pulled off. Throw towels in washer if dirt if not a few rounds in dryer will refresh.Porch on outside in tree area cleaning done after each renter. Thank you for your family visiting and come back soon. So glad you enjoyed your stay.

Nice size and accommodations. The pool was fun and the beds were comfortable. The only negative was the neighbor below us was very rude right from the get go. We got there around 3:30/4pm and after around 30-45 minutes of being there, the neighbor from below us came up to tell us how loud we were being. I apologized as we have 3 small children 5 and under and they were just excited as we have been in a car for a few hours - not doing any harm, just being children. She said people could be trying to sleep and that they better not be loud above the side suite. She told us that we should get a ground floor room. When my husband heard how she was talking to me he came over and she tried to be nicer, continuing to impose her unsolicited opinions. It was a hard first impression to get over. Having lived in apartments for 10 years, we understand all that comes with them. Unfortunately, I don't think we would stay there again just because of her.

Overall review

We arrived early but was unable to check in at that time. We explored the property. The activity center was great! An indoor and outdoor pool and a fully functional kitchen (The cooks were amazing). The downside is there is a $70 charge to use the pool a week for a family. With cost of the condo, I'd expect the pool to be included. Not all the staff was not friendly or helpful. Our condo was clean and spacious, just as the pictures indicated. The appliances are up-to-date. The beds and the couch were very comfortable. We weren't provided with enough towels, we are a family of 5. We just bought an extra towel. We did find 2 bats (the animal) inside the condo. One in the master bedroom and the other in the other room. That was a little scary. The beach was about 5 mins away. Dollar General was 1 minute away. The grocery store was less than 10 minutes away. The location of the property was perfect. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and enjoyed the condo.

Hurricane Ian interrupted visit

Weather was beautiful until started getting warnings about impending storm. We visited Calabash, Sunset and Ocean Isle. Condo was lovely. Had two small issues but David handled them. We left two days earlier than planned due to storm. Only wish there was elevator for upper unit.
